Jorge was a lovely man explained everything we were given coffee he talked to us throughout the whole thing and was making us laugh a lot all round a great experience great people

I ordered a new Peugeot 3008 two months ago. It was delivered and I was told the parking camera's didn't work but they would collect it in a couple of days and sort this out urgently. This didn't happen.

I have spoken to and emailed the Liverpool branch mamy times since, including the Assistant Aftersales Manager, and they keep telling me that they have ordered the part urgently and they can't do anything else. This is totally unacceptable for such a large company as Peugeot and Stellantis.

I have asked for details of senior managers to complain and was told that they don't have any names and was just given the peugeot website. I find it hard to believe that they don't know the nanes of senior colleagues. Absolutely dreadful.

The worst customer service and experience I have ever had and I purchased a brand new car.

Excellent service from Guy. Very patient, especially as we changed what car we were buying half way through the process. He remained very polite, helpful and knowledgeable through the process and would “deffo” buy a car from him and the dealership again

Recently got a brand new E2008. Car came a few weeks earlier than anticipated and is beautiful. The customer service beyond getting the car has been very professional. Thank you Stuart. We will be back in 3 years time for the next car.

Even though they were extremely busy, I was able to book my vehicle in quickly and easily
I had to wait on parts, but then the job was completed satisfactory
The service department were very helpful, especially a gentleman called Joe Hynes who went above and beyond with his customer service, which was excellent

This was our second car from Robins and Day (Stellantis).Having been very happy with our 3008 we decided to invest in a newer model of the 3008.We have had problems with the car and the final problem did cause some worry to ourselves at a time when due to ill health we could not be without the car.
The point of writing this review was to say a big thank you to Joe Hynes on the service desk and also Andy the service manager. When they knew about the problem we had they could nt have done anymore for us. We had a courtesy car for the duration of the repair and also paid for a private taxi to go and pick the courtesy car up. This is a big thumbs up for the Mill Lane Liverpool Stellantis.

Very friendly, good communication, fast and easy process

The employee with whom I had an appointment at Liverpool branch was waiting for me because I was stuck in a traffic jam.My lateness meant that he stayed longer at work to explain everything to me and do a test drive.Very professional kind service.I sincerely recommend this seller.
