This company delivered my brand new £35,000 Peugeot with the wrong registration plates. I couldn't drive it as it was insured under the correct registration number. Instead of arranging for someone to change these over they told me they'd post me the correct plates which I'd receive in 48 hours and I was to fit them myself. Of course they didn't arrive and I'm now told they will come next week. 8 days with a new car in my driveway which I cannot use and that's if they actually arrive next week. Mistakes happen but the true measure of a company is how they rectify them. Stellantis opted for the cheapest and most convenient fix for them not the customer. Be aware

UPDATE 11/3/24 - Contacted Mr Horgan who acknowledged my complaint, said he'd investigate and then I heard nothing. It's been 5 days since he was on the case. Regards my reg plates they are still not here. 11 days and counting. Repeated broken promises. Dreadful service from top to bottom in this company. I was told I cant cancel the contract as there is nothing wrong with the car EXCEPT OF COURSE, It's illegal, uninsurable and cannot be driven on a road!!!!

Update 18/3/24 - still no plates. Matter now with Leasing company as Stellantis appear uninterested and completely ineffective in rectifying this straightforward matter

Bought a car from Citroën Manchester, v5c finally issued online 2nd April 7 weeks after buying car. Logbook due in post in 5 days time but showing untaxed until i am able to tax it. My concern is am I able to drive it in interim period until I tax it or if not I will need a courtesy car? Hopefully I am worried over nothing?

Manchester....I put in an offer on a little C1, immediately accepted and agreed price to deliver to Gosport. Wendy dealt with the whole thing and I could not have asked for better service. All paperwork etc sorted efficiently and updated me all along. Great little car. I would recommend this dealership as trustworthy and straightforward.

Happy with all arrangements for the first service of this car. From phone call to arrange a suitable date for service and collection of the vehicle, video from the workshop explaining results of inspection etc. Also the return of the car back home and staff who collected and returned the car. Pleased as always with this Company over many years satisfaction.

We were initially seeking information in connection with the possible purchase of a new car to replace our C5Aircross. We came to the Manchester Citroen dealer as we have done frequently over the last 30 years. It goes without saying that the showroom is very welcoming.
Anthony Pilliner answered all our questions fully and offered a test drive which we accepted and were very impressed by the car. We made an appointment to return 2 days later after we had fully digested the information. The combination of the car and Anthony's attitude, pleasant, helpful yet not pushy means that we committed to buying a new car. He guided us through options on the car and in the purchase process without our feeling under any kind of pressure.
We are now looking forward to our new car as soon as it comes out of the factory.
