My vehicle was on a recall, this garage was the nearest one to my workplace so arranged for it to be taken in there. They called me to confirm my booking and again to let me know the ETA of the person collecting my vehicle. I had clear correspondence throughout and my vehicle was brought back to me as promised and was delighted that they had cleaned and valeted it for me which was a pleasant surprise. I then got another call to make sure that I was satisfied with the service provided. Would definitely recommend this garage and will be using them again in the future. A1+

The staff are amazing especially Mr Wakelin. He gave us clear, honest information. The best customer service.

Bought c3 today from Salford showroom. Have only praise here. However I was given conflicting information from your central sales office who informed me on Wednesday on the home that there were 3 no. Cars available for registration before end Sept. At the showroom this proved incorrect and the earliest delivery is November. The lead time was the main reason I was interested in these cars and what brought me to the showroom

I pick up my brand-new Citroen eC4 on 06/06/2023 and on the pick up there was a dent in the roof and was told they would get it fix as soon as they could,

I was ok with this as need the car as I had a holiday could up. By the 04/08/2023 I had not here from them so I call them and told me they would call me back that did and book it in to have the dent fix on 22/08/2023 and they would sort me out a courtesy car. So on the day I took my car to the local dealership dropped my car off and was given the keys to courtesy car, which was a manual to which I’ve not driven a manual in a good few years and I had an automatic car due to a medical issue with my knee, as the car had no fuel in so had to go the local petrol station and put £15 in, but I had to take it back because I was unable to drive safely.

So say they would get any automatic car, but couldn’t get me one for a couple of days  and the person I was dealing with doesn’t work on a Wednesday so Thursday came and didn’t hear from them so I called them said call me back few hours later still no call back so I called them again. I’ll get him to ring you back on the same again, so I then rang about 2:30 and he answered the phone and said they had a courtesy car for me but could I pick it up on Friday which was inconvenient cause I needed to be somewhere on the Thursday so he did let me take it but the car was filthy so much so I had to take it to be cleaned because it was just horrible. It looks filthy as it’s a white car and as of yet he said he was going to ring me with a rough timescale of how long it was gonna take for the dent to be fixed. We are now on the Tuesday after I’ve dropped it off and they’ve still not confirmed when my car is coming back again. I’ve rang this morning and been told to call me back but as of yet I’m not heard anything. To be honest I’m even considering handing the car back to them this week and going elsewhere to get another Katharine, another pair, another company cause it’s ridiculous it cost me £15 in fuel and 15 to clean the car too

Wendy explained everything to us about a car on mobility. She was very nice and helpful .and the ordering of a new car was very quick and simple with Wendy .

Overall the experience was good but no automatic car to test drive sales man very helpful even on the 2nd visit he was very busy he still went out of his way to help I was a bit disappointed that I had very little choice of the colours .

The car as collected on time and was returned within the time stated.The vehicle was returned in a very clean condition.
Regarding the staff they have all been very pleasant to speak to especially the one who collected the vehicle and returned it.

Helpful, polite, knowledgeable and cheerful staff. Pleasant surroundings.

Very nice environment. The sales advisor was very pleasant and helpful. No pressure on the upsales, although as always with car dealers he was looking at us taking up the various products.

I recently purchased a car from the Manchester branch. I was extremely nervous as a first time online buyer, the care and support I received was outstanding. Rob the Motability salesman couldn't have been nicer. He was very warm and down to earth. I felt no pressure at any point to order a car and he showed me several options he thought might be suitable. I'd highly recommend booking an appointment with him if you are ready for your Motability renewal

Excellent service received from this dealership, no nonsense process. I was happy to recommend them to my brother and he purchased a car from them when we went in to look what was available. Would recommend to others and will visit again when ours are due for renewal.

I ordered a new car in June 2022 only to be told that instead of the usual 6 week wait there would be a delay on delivery of a new DS3 e-tense Bastille. Alexander Christopher at the Salford Stellantis dealership couldn't have been more helpful.
He gave me regular updates about the progress of my order, he advised about extending the financing of my current car.
Alex went above and beyond in the wait for the car and the after sales service. I would highly recommend dealing with him if you are looking to buy a new DS.
