Donna was lovely to deal with from the start, we were there just to see if we could afford updating our car, and that’s exactly what she did, she gave us the full figures it would cost, went over any additions we could get, but definitely no hard sell, everything was up to us and our budget. What made my experience truly great was the end result, where the Sales Advisor, Alex, gave me the best deal i could have hoped for, in fact it was a better deal than i had expected. He actually listened and took into account my requests/spec and actually delivered.

So impressed with the service at Stellantis and You in Salford. We bought a new Citroen from them in April last year and called them for advice today as we have mislaid our V5 document. Alex at Stellantis couldn't have been more helpful... He explained how the replacement process worked and then went onto the.gov website and made the application for us... I cannot praise enough the fantastic customer service I received from Donna, from initial contact through to completion of sale and part exchange. The entire showroom was relaxed and friendly and Donna's interaction when showing me the vehicle, right through from initial video in response to my initial enquiry, and accompanying me on the test drive was again friendly and professional. It was a welcome change in these days of such consistently poor customer service generally received from many organisations such as utility companies.

Arranged to see a used car. Said car sale price was £300 more than autotrader advert. Car was not in good repair, scratches, gnarled alloys, grimey interior. Skirt on gear stick falling off. To top it all, it wouldn't start. My suggestion would be to price it properly and attempt to hide the cosmetic issues. Reflects limited respect to potential customers. I think talking to the manager, after the event, is pointless. It won't undo the lack of professionalism. We wasted enough time turning up to look at the car.
