I purchased 6 years ago a c3 my model…
I purchased 6 years ago a c3. My model had the wet timing belt issue so 15 months ago I was told possibly new engine or replacement pump , the latter I received now this has gone again damaging my engine so £6, 000 quote I have complained but citeron thinks that a car that has full service history driven correctly is perfectly ok to be shot at 60k and is only 6years old. I told the somewhat senior engineer what the issues was to be told rubbish and I would need to pay for diognostics 450 pounds later he told me my car is shot 🤬I have since purchased a car from a dealership offering 7 year free warranty one that offers better security on there product. never will I recommend citeron the cars are poor the service is poor . I will now get the engine done a sell this car and citeron watch this space I’m not done yet. please please do buy a car from this company one they don’t want to know if you have issue

I am sorry to hear that your Citroen C3 has had issues. Naturally, we have done our best to diagnose the fault and provide you with the solution to have your car running back how it should. I understand that in this case that wasn't the news you were hoping for and Citroen UK Customer care was unable to support you in this instance.
As was discussed the current issue with your car is not related to the work carried out on your oil pump and timing belt previously as this was the first check completed.

Great experience!
Charles was great from start to end of buying my new car. He was very friendly and informative the whole way through. He answered any questions I had about the car and other formalities. It was an easy stress free process which is what I needed.
I am very happy and would recommend!
