Worthless guaantee
I have a Berlingo 24 plate which I had the 2nd service done at Romford because Chelmsford had closed, my every concern, was met with 'if we find it's not under guarantee you will be charged £220 for'. Making the guarantee worthless. I would NEVER buy a another citroen I would NEVER use stellantis for anything

Absolutely shocking avoid at all cost got a recall on my van took my van in for the recall picked it up only to start the engine and have an engine management light on engine has a fault needs repair only for them to say they are not wanting to do the repair as the fault that’s come on has nothing to do with the work they have done even though it went in with no engine management light/engine fault and try to say it was already on now and I had it turned off and the work they done have reactivated it had the Van diagnostics after they had it and we had turned the engine fault off three times only for it to come straight back on so how was it already on? Absolutely disgusting service and will be looking to take them to the ombudsman.
