Great service and great staff

We dread having to come in whether for a system update, service, mot, we've had a few nightmares in the past. Having said that after trying to find someone with an ounce of sense at the call centre failed it was left to Kelly as usual to sort things out. She is such an asset to the dealership, she is so willing to help and is always understanding, you are so lucky to have Kelly in the team.

Car got collected for a service the drive used sports mode to driver it to the dealership and used 50 miles of range for a 9mile journey and because I complained they decided not to wash and vacum the car thank god i will not have to deal with this dealership again would not recommend and the overall service eas poor

The guy on the other end of the phone was so easy going I just had to go meet him and take a test drive
We’re talking a no pressure conversation on a late Sunday afternoon
I went down a couple days later and talked a bit more about different payment options and went for another drive
Less than a week later I’m driving home with a sweet deal and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience

A couple days later I get a call from Adam to see how I’m getting on

Our three-month-old car experienced a telematics issue, which was initially referred to central customer services. After several weeks with no news, we took the car to our local retailer in Romford and the problem was diagnosed the same day. A part was ordered and fitted in January and all is now well. Jess looked after us professionally and courteously, finding a loan car at short notice when setting up the new part took longer than expected. She called a few days later to check that all was OK. By coincidence the central customer services replied the day before the part was fitted, suggesting we take the car in as they couldn't help remotely!

Dami was very kind and friendly, great customer service, good communication, supportive and catered to my car needs.

Dami Ojo was a great help to my friend who was buying her first car in a long time, he was very friendly, kind and reassuring, helping her navigate this purchase in a way that suits her best.
