My experience from choosing my car to picking up my car has been 1st Class.
Dipish was just fantastic, even organising the transfer of my personal number plate.
On the day of pick up, everything ran smoothly, Dipesh even added the app on my phone for me, thankfully as I am rubbish at things like that. 3 days later he phoned to see if everything was ok and did I have any questions. My experience was fantastic and I would Highly recommend this dealership.

We had a very good experience. Joseph our salesman was lovely. Although he was new he was brilliant couldn’t have asked for more. In fact everyone was helpful. Would give 10 but there is always a little room for improvement

Dami is a credit to Citroen Romford. Always very helpful, friendly and polite ( especially to us older customers). All the staff are professional and polite. Despite a few problems with Stellantis finance when we went to get our car it was sorted out by the staff and we have now leased our second car from them.

Dami Ojo is a super guy, a great help when we were looking for a new car. Very professional and extremely friendly. 5 Star.

Like - The environment was clean & tidy. The staff was welcoming helpful & professional. Above all Customer Service was excellent.

Dislike - No clarity on payment. Standard of work was average.

i recently took a car outon pcp with Stellantis&you in january 2024,

my power steering has recently failed as of 27/7/2024, ive been told to wait untill the 5th of SEPTEMBER for my car to be seen and ive been REFUSED a hire car !!!!!!!! this is absolutely disgusting service

first of all, do not buy peguot cars. the service is totally incompetent. I am the unfortunate owner of a peguot 3008 1.2 puretech. after less than five years and 30,000 miles, something started knocking in the engine, I tried to find out for myself where this noise was coming from... and I found that I was missing a part from the blower to the engine... I would like to point out that the car was only serviced at peguot. it turned out that I had been driving without this part for over 8 months. and they told me sorry... after last service they didn't tell you don't have one part ...course you can wait for this part up to 4 weeks etc... in the end they told me the car is ok.so I still I keep driving my car until something really happens to it, according to them everything is fine. they didn't recommend anything to me whether I can drive without this part or not.... and this knocking for first I have to put back this missing part ?!#(but they dont.have on the stock)!#!#and i have to make an appointment for diagnostics and it is not known where the diagnostician will be available... etc. totally useless at this Romford they charge a lot of money for servicing the car and if something is needed they try to get rid of the customer.. this is my first Peguot car and also the last one... avoid this brand.

Bought a brand new car.
Jin kept in good contact with me, especially with the delay to my car. They gave me a curtesy car because of this. Lovely customer service and I will definitely getting any future cars from here.
