Purchasing a new car today with Jin was very easy ,he knows exactly how to make customers feel reassured and has such a happy go lucky nature,Jin has a lovely nature and is very willing to try and get you the best ,always putting the customer first.A very good sale yet again Jon was able to deliver thank-you :)

Reception staff very friendly and efficient .

Useless staff in Peugeot Romford. Had a service and took out extended warranty. During the service they found out my van has a faulty fuel valve and an oil leak on cam carrier,this is on a van with only 20k miles. Told there’s a chance could get it fixed under warranty. The lady looked into it but never contacted me and it was left unresolved. Been in today to be told that the oil leak,which is £2k to be fixed,can’t be done under warranty as it had already been put forward to be done with in 30 days of warranty being taken out. Surely the staff knew that you don’t get anything done under warranty in the first 30 days. Now this has left me to pick up the 2k cost through no fault of my own. Not just that,I was originally quoted over the phone that it would be between £1100-£1400 now they’ve changed that. And also wasn’t told I’d be charged for them looking into the problems then they charge me £90 and tell me they told me. Absolutely useless and only after robbing you of as much as they can.

I must say I have been really impressed by the service I have received from Peugeot and in particular Mihail who has been extremely pleasant to deal with. I look forward to coming back here in the future.

I would highly recommend this company, JOSEPH MCLEGGAN from the romford branch was extremely helpful when i was looking for my new car, he was very honest, informative and paitent and took the time to talk me through all of my options.
On collection Joseph kindly helped me get set up and he talked me through everything i needed to know about my new car.
All of my questions were answered and i drove away feeling very confident.
I have been extremely happy with the service that i have received, all in all very efficient and very helpful. Thank you .

STELLANTIS &YOU UK LTD T/A STELLANTIS &YOU ROMFORD sent me a cheque which I have deposited at my local bank branch few days ago, however, today the bank contacted me to inform me about the cheque being returned UNPAID. Yes you heard it correctly, Citroen sent out a cheque that is not covered!

An absolute Scam! They will not make a direct bank transfer, simply because they don't want you to get the money.

The cheque was a £250 'goodwill' reimbursement payment, to cover less than 20% of the cost of the hire vehicle, while my company van was being repaired under warranty.
I was waiting for the 'goodwill' payment since November 2023, yes over 5 months.

Citroen It's an absolute disgrace the way the treat customers! No shame & no apology, simply ruthless.

Issuing a cheque that is not covered is a crime, at least for us hard working people, clearly not for the large corporations.

Update 3.5.2024:
Citroen Romford issued a second cheque and unfortunately same outcome, THE SECOND CHEQUE BOUNCED AS WELL! Speechless.

Been a repeated customer for a number of years for commercial vehicles on contract hire, Dami has always been on hand to assist and deliver on our company requirements, I assure you this is the only place that keeps your business moving with their reliability and comfortable vehicles.

The staff in particular Dami OjO and the branch manager Shaun Lewis I was made to feel at ease and welcome.They talked me through everything I now think I know the car inside out I couldn't have gone to a better dealer thank you for all your help.See you when I pick my car up

Disgusted with sales aftercare my husband brought the car in July for me as i can no longer drive a manual care due to injury to my foot started having problems in September got in touch and claimed on the warranty came up gearbox fault car off the road for 2 weeks got it back OK for a few weeks then warning light back on Christmas day with the same warning as before(the car has been off the road since) been in touch with this company and getting fobbed off and ignored I am now seeking legal advice and will be taking this to a small claims court I believe this car was sold to me with the existing problems as well as the damage not shown in the photos when I did an online purchase my advice to anyone is avoid at all cost 6 thousand might not be much to many but too us this is years of savings

The assistant was very polite and pleasant, the waiting area was nice and my car was worked on and finished in a very short time !
