I used the romford garage as the Coventry garage sold me a car with faults. They were absolutely great. The car needed a heating matrix and this was done and now the car drives great and has heating

I thought the staff at London Road were very polite and respectful and extremely helpful they kept me informed at every stage of the service
Would recommend without hesitation.

The staff are always really friendly and accommodating. Always send you reminders and keep you well informed as to schedule when they have your car etc.

Very friendly customer service. The ladies at the front desk did an amazing job! The work on the car was up to standard and everything I expected. Only let down, was the wait time.

Due to negligence a fuel pump was broken during a routine repair fair dues the garage owned up and agreed to repace FOC.Thats where it all goes wrong part goes on back order for 13 weeks and stelliantis cant provide a courtesy van so I can carry on my business.I hire a van at the cost of £2884 and am told to get in touch with Citreon customer care they agree to pay me £2144 even though the situation is their fault.Iam told it will take 6 weeks for the payment which is ridiculous no explanation thats how long it takes.12 weeks and numerous phone call still no payment now being told due to technical difficulties cant say when I will recieve any money Iam disgusted at the way ive been treated think twice before dealing with this company once theyve had your money they couldnt give a toss.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Mikail attended to every detail throughout the process and showed the utmost professionalism. Couldn’t be more pleased.
