Wrong English used
You sent me a email booking request confirmation of day time and price after I booked online with the available dates, not the available dates.
I turn up at the service center only to be told they can't do for 3 months.. I was told the reply email is not a confirmation but a booking request.. WHY even use the word confirmation instead why not just use the words booking request.. Never will use the Romford branch again, after losing a day unpaid off work.

Part Exchange
My mum did a part exchange. From initial contact with Mikail right through to the purchase of her new vehicle he was very patient and thorough. Mikail was able to build up a great rapport with the whole family and was friendly throughout. Mikail has a keen eye for detail and ensures everything is done correctly- which I love! Would highly recommend contacting him if you are looking for a new Peugeot.

I would like by start thanking the Romford team, for all their support. They all went above and beyond and made me feel valued as a customer.
Nonetheless, it is important for me to state how great Marc-Alexandre was; He really did supported me I'm getting my new car. He has done a fantastic job, extremely caring and supportive! Understand my needs and delivering more than expected. Definitely a 10/10!!
Tami was also very supportive and polite.Great sense of humour!

I've been buying Peugeots' since 1992
I've been buying Peugeots' since 1992. I used your online store to get my last two 308s. However, the last 308 i got from Romford , i didn't get the service i'd had for the previous 11 vehicles id bought.
When we arrived at Romford, the car had numerous scratches,allover the body. This was pointed out to the salesman who promised to send a touch up kit & after ringing several times ringing over a 2 week period, i never got it & gave up. Living in Manchester,its not like i could look at the car before buying. You cant see the numerous scratches n marks on the online sales photos:-(
The Car is a good runner but the scratches let it down.

On entering the sales department, and we were welcomed. We were interested in a quality used car with a boot large enough to take my wheelchair.
