Bought a secondhand Peugeot partner from their Romford branch,
Good price and in mint condition but what made this purchase a pleasure was Mikail with his knowledge and expertise

We got here to test drive one of the electric 2008 on a weekend. Got there without any prior appointment. We were greeted promptly by Michael. He showed us around. Answered all of our questions and let us test drive one of the Peugeot. He gave us excellent service, was always available for our queries and we ended up buying a car from here without any hassle.

Went in with 4 good tyres, came out with 1 punctured. Also ridiculous estimate of 3000 plus to put right emission problem on vehicle that passed mot . Avoid , don't buy citreon

The Salesperson was incredibly professional and answered all my queries. Despite looking at multiple finance options he patiently went through all the options and calculations

I recently purchased a car from Stellantis from a young gentleman called Mihail, At first there was some damage to the front and back end of the vehicle which I was skeptic of. Mihail quickly repaired and colour matched the car within a matter of days, then returned fully valeted looking fresh and brand new. I felt very looked after in a customer friendly environment, I can definitely vouch for this dealership …. (They have an incredible coffee machine which I may have to return to when passing by)

Very pleasant experience sales representative very pleasant and no pressure from him gave us as much time as we needed to look at the car so very pleased with the overall procedure.

As a long standing cusomer, since buying a new car from them a year ago, the aftercare has been nonexistent, they even had the cheek to cancel my service by text the night before, no apologetic call a text! No follow-up offering another date, in fact zero contact, I have left numerous messages to re-book no response from anyone at the Romford franchise. Used to be great service, not anymore.

The team were very friendly and very helpful in helping me to pick my first car. Everything was done quickly and hassle free even with the test drive!

I was most impressed by Junaid's helpful attitude. I came in to test drive one car but ended up liking another model. He was very helpful, friendly and quick at arranging the finance and took all steps to accommodate my requirements. He gave me a very good deal and I took this up immediately. He was also very good at dealing with the handover. I would recommend him to all. Most pleasing experience.

Very helpfull, took the car for a test drive just my wife and myself and told to take our time didnt mind how long we were out for. We got a good price for our old car part extchange and brought our new one without any hassle. All in all a very happy experience with no drama at all.
