Very helpfull, took the car for a test drive just my wife and myself and told to take our time didnt mind how long we were out for. We got a good price for our old car part extchange and brought our new one without any hassle. All in all a very happy experience with no drama at all.

I thought Mark was absolutely brilliant! He initially spoke to my dad and then we spoke about the rest. I didn’t actually go through with the purchase in the end, as it was out of my budget range unfortunately but I would most definitely like to thank Mark for his help and professionalism. I would definitely be recommending Robins & Day to friends and family.

Second time car has been in for the same fault: upload for touch screen which won’t accept updates!
Had time between visits to contact technical dept to resolve issue but still can’t upload after second visit!!

Got to take it back in January now for a 3rd time. Sorry but not good enough!

Very professional and informative on a service carried out

Had a great experience with Dami at the Romford branch, he treated me with respect and curtesy. I don't live close by, I have another branch closer but I travelled over an hour just so I could be served by him. Coming from the terrible Chingford branch, I was pleasantly surprised!

I went to Citroen Romford to buy a new car and Dami and Mark where absolutely wonderful they assisted me with all my enquiries and nothing was to much trouble for either of them. Love my new car and would highly recommend Citroen especially Dami and Mark.

Charlie was not pushy, ask if I want a test drive, which I did answered all my questions, loved the car, he delt with all the paper work efficiently and professionaly,he made the whole process easy, pleasure to deal with. I have bought numourous. Cars from robins and day, and all have been good cars,, I pick my new car up on wednesday, would deal with them again.
