Put my car in for a service and MOT. All done and apparently perfect. Car washed too. So clean outside and inside cleaned as well. No faults or problems as far as the service my car received, so I am a very happy customer.

The service was faultless as per usual. Hazel is always helpful and I know my vans are always in good hands.

I'm always made to feel welcome whenever I go to the Walton Branch with my dog to get my car serviced. This time I decided to wait while the work was done so I had coffee and watched the TV. Hazel took the time to go through the service plan with me to see if it would benefit me to spread the cost and maybe save some money.

Hazel was extremely helpful sorting out an issue l had. She went beyond what was expected to ensure l was satisfied.

There was a small hitch after having dropped my car off but it was immediately rectified to my full satisfaction. Always polite customer service, thank you.

From the moment I started conversations with Sales Rep Sue McGow there wasn't anyone else I wanted to continue my purchase with. She was readily available to help me with all my never ending questions and always with a smile. Sue took the time to explain and show me everything I wanted to know.
I visited on 3 occasions and Sue organised a test drive twice for me. It's a big decision moving from a car to a van and spending such a large amount of money but Sue was very reassuring and positive about the new Vehicle I was considering.
I purchased a 2 year old electric Citroen Berlingo after only 1 week of engaging with Sue. I have had my new van for 7 days and in that time Sue has checked in on me to ensure I am happy which is great aftercare aswell.

Extremely dissapointed with this company. We are a small business. We have a Citreon Relay van which developed an adblue problem in September last year. We had the adblue tank replaced by this Steallantis dealer (Walton on Thames). Another similar issue occurred again this year so I took the van into the dealership expecting them to fix it under the parts and labour warantee. The dealership are however refusing to honour the warantee, claiming that the problem is impact damage related even though there are no signs of any serious impact damage on the tank. I contacted Citreon customer services who admitted that there were known issues with adblue tanks from the year that the van was made and they had no objection to switching the tank over as long as the dealership agreed. However the dealership still refused! I had an independent adblue specialist mechanic look at the issue and he confirmed that the tank had no signs of any impact damage. There were other basic issues in relation to they way they handle customers. I had to wait 20 minutes to be seen by a service team member when I initally went in even though there were no other customers in the queue. Their follow up communication was awful. They promise to call you with updates but never do. When I tried to call them, they were never available and never returned any of the messages I left. I ended up having to go there again and take the vehicle away...but of course, not before I had to pay a fee of £174 for "diagnostics". Avoid this dealership. They are sharks and just want to rip you off for as much as they can. They don't care about customer service. We have been using Citreon/peugeot vans for many years, but this experience means that we will be switching to another brand.

Used the Walton branch for my MOT and couldn't have been treated any better, the whole process was so easy with them! Dealt with Hazel and what an asset she is to this company, her customer service is impeccable, she really couldn’t have done anymore to assist me. Have my service due soon and I will certainly be using these guys. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now! :-)
