Poor customer support
Have never experienced such bad service desk support in 10 years as a Peugeot customer of Robins and Day and Stelatis. After a 3 week wait to get an appointment for an AdBlu fault, left the car early on Tuesday 18th. No call back all day. Called again multiple times on Wednesday but calls very busy and several times routed via the central call centre. Eventually close to 5 o'clock received an update that the repair and diagnostic tests would be over £1000, which is more than the value of the car. Never before have Stelatis been so slow in advising the outcome of an inspection and of answering multiple phone calls. We have now bought a Kia.

Refreshing experience
Phone answered promptly. Booking made for a fairly quick service appt. Greeted by Nikolaus who was a great ambassador for you. He organised a coffee for me and kept me in touch with progress from the workshop. Definitely a very good dealer - this was my first visit.
