Peugeot Expert van…
I have been after a Peugeot Expert van for weeks. I have struggled to find the right van until I went to see Paul Phillips at Stellantis, and Paul managed to track down a van with warranty and the colour that I wanted (I didn't want a white van)

Extremely Disappointing Service and Denied Test Drive
I have been actively reaching out to Peugeot to inquire about purchasing a new car and arranging a test drive for over a month. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I finally managed to secure a booking by calling the dealership on Friday, December 12, 2025, for a test drive scheduled on the following day.
Upon arriving at the Satellite and You, Leicester dealership on Saturday, I was denied the pre-booked test drive by a representative.
The reason for the denial was unacceptable and is the core of my complaint. I have been researching prices and quotes online over the past month. When the representative asked if I had any existing quotes, I innocently showed him a competitive deal I had found.
The representative checked the quote and informed me that because the dealership could not match the price of the deal I presented, he would not allow me to proceed with the test drive.
I am a customer who values personal service and face-to-face interaction, particularly for a significant purchase like a new car. Furthermore, as a current Peugeot owner who was seeking to part-exchange my existing vehicle, proceeding through a dealer was the easiest and most preferred route for me. I believe that a test drive is a fundamental step in the decision-making process, completely separate from final price negotiation.
To have a pre-booked service denied solely on the basis of an external price quote is extremely poor business practice and has left me very disappointed. This experience at Satellite and You, Leicester has been so negative that I cannot recommend this particular dealership to anyone.
