Genuine care and professionalism
I had a really positive experience at Stellantis & You Leicester thanks to Les Hornsby. While my car was being looked at, he was extremely polite and welcoming, making what could have been a long wait so much easier. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, offering drinks, checking in regularly on the progress of my car, and keeping me updated throughout. He showed genuine care and professionalism. Excellent service
I wanted a Peugeot 308 car from another branch , so asked if they could bring it to Leicester because it closer and the staff were so lovely ,in-fact better then Sheffield and Doncaster where I looked, Les told me not a problem to bring my 308 to Leicester ,Les Hornsby and Gary ianson made it happen, I was over the moon with the level of communication , they even work Sundays bless them, I did need a service which was sorted too thanks Gary, les even pick up my car and left a courtesy car and returned it to me , I absolutely love my car and I have had a great experience thank you Les and Gary, I would highly recommend Peugeot on Abbey Lane , and I hope Les and Gary get recognised for their efforts and the superb service! This has to be worth 5 stars ⭐️

Poor communication, wasted trip
Booked a test drive of a DS No. 8 in Leicester. I received a call back within a few minutes to confirm the booking and to take details of my car for a potential trade in.
I made my way to the showroom to find an empty showroom. Radio was playing, laptop was open, but no one was there. Waited 15 minutes then went to the Stellantis unit next door. They told me that the DS person was out on a test drive and that the car I have booked wasn't available. Given I had driven all the way there I asked what I could do. There was no attempt at customer recovery. I was told that it wasn't Leicester's fault but the central call centre. I called them. They connected me back to Leicester who again couldn't help. They couldn't tell me when the car would arrive for them to arrange a test drive. Meanwhile test drive slots remain on their website. I've just checked and there are plenty of slots this week even though the car is not there.
I know that mistakes happen, but really frustrating that there was no attempt of customer recovery and no effort to retain me as a potential customer. The whole time we were there, no staff members appeared in the DS showroom so I didn't manage to speak to any of the DS team.
I'm not minded to make a significant purchase from Stellantis given their lack of interest in me as a potential customer.

Went for a test drive for DS 3 Crossback and to purchase it. Paul was very helpful, very knowledgeable, patient and attentive to help us navigate though all the intricacies of part exchange and car finances. This is my second car from Stellantis, and have always had a 5 star experience from the car sale team, customer service team, and the garage team. Extremely friendly, and always happy to help.

Ask for Saber!
I've been looking for a new car for a while and have therefore visited quite a few showrooms. Undoubtably the entire experience here was fantastic from start to finish. From beginning to end I was welcomed and well taken care of. I want to give a special mention to Saber, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the process.

made a stressful time very easy to solve
Sohail has been excellent, couldn't have asked for more. Several times he went away and got back to me very quickly for questions I had on a vehicle, and checked in regularly to understand my finance process. When a date was arranged to collect the car, he very helpfully organised a lift from the train station as the site is further out of town. Friendly, knowledge, and would highly recommend purchasing here to anyone considering it.

Overall, I had a really great experience. Spencer, as always, was really polite, helpful and most importantly, very professional. He took the time to show me in and around the car and its features. I couldn't have done it without all his help.

Fantastic service - Solhail
