After care service when getting in touch. They are slow at answering back .on occasions needing ti email them more than once to get a reply back.
Just collected a new DS4 from stelantis in Leicester
It was a pleasure to visit the showroom and do a deal.

I visited DS Leicester on Saturday and…
I visited DS Leicester on Saturday and met with one of the nicest car salesmen I’ve dealt with for many years . Sohail Gaba.
Nothing was too much trouble.
This was nice after my 100mile journey specifically to see the car.
After an “eventful” test drive of the DS4 a deal was sealed and I’m super happy.
Bypass the other 2 showrooms and seek out Sohail, you will be well looked after.

I wish every buying experience I’ve had was like this one!
It was a pleasure from start to finish dealing with Sohail at DS store in Leicester. We are originally enquired about a used car but Sohail was excellent at pursuing all of our options and managed to get us a great deal in a brand new car instead, to say we are chuffed would be an understatement. Having travelled 5 hours to collect the car we were met in the showroom and quickly offered some refreshments whilst all the boring stuff was sorted. The car itself was presented in immaculate condition inside a top tier showroom. Sohail was very thorough and informative during the vehicle handover. I wish every buying experience I’ve had was like this.

The whole experience of purchasing a new car was smooth, exciting and supportive. Sohail Gaba was genuinely interested in my partner and I getting the vehicle that was right for us. He was very generous with his time, professional knowledge, practical help and his willingness to answer our questions. He also made excellent tea! At no point did we feel under pressure to go ahead and the entire process felt really supportive.
