Disgusting Unprofessional Company7…
Been a customer with Peugeot for last 7 years . I ordered a part personally at the dealership. Was told to pick it up at 3pm.When the time came to pick it up , no one new about my order. Very rude,parts people kept cutting me off , never experienced such behaviour. Very difficult to speak someone,who knew what they were doing . Never buy a Peugeot again.... Disgusting rude customer service very disappointed from such a big Leicester Abbey Lane Dealership.

Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies that you didn't receive the level of service that I would expect you to receive from my team.
Unfortunately, Peugeot along with many other brands have changed the process for supplying parts. We as a dealership no longer have a parts department & as such we no longer stock parts or employ parts staff. Parts are now kept at much larger parts hubs, the nearest one being in Derby. Parts should now be ordered directly through the parts hubs over the phone & they can be delivered to the dealership for you to collect from here. We don't have any control over when parts arrive, once ordered through the parts hub, they usually send you a text message with a code on it once the part has been delivered to us so you can come and collect them.
Once again, I apologise if this new process has caused you any inconvenience.

Hi I was in citroen today ordering my new mobility vehicle and Ahmad Rad was enormous help and made all the it easy from the initial introduction to ordering to the end this was so help full show me all round the car made sure I knew the car even setup in the future so the hoist fitters would show and help sort everything I think Drive Vauxhall Leicester should take a page out of these guys book on customer service because in all the time I've been in vauxhall I've never been treated like this and it makes me think what did I do business with them in the first place my advice goto citroen or ds leicester they treat you respect and not crap on your shoe thank you ahmad and your manager and merry Christmas

Awful my 71 plate 208 has needed a new touchscreen for over 12 months just keep fobbing me off. today car in for service phone call to say they did an update and it no longer starts. i use it for my driving school business i’ll never buy from them again
