Great service from the sales person Tatyana & overall a good experience.

I was desperate to get a copy of my service history before I sold my car. It was short notice but Reema Khatun went out of her way to help me. She has no idea how much I appreciate her help!

Purchasing a new car from Stellantis Chingford on 28th May was a decision I deeply regret. Throughout the process I had to constantly chase for basic updates that alone set the tone.

The collection day was the worst of it. Sales consultant Charles was rude, dismissive and disengaged from start to finish. I was left waiting with zero communication, and when I asked for updates he responded with grunts rather than any professional courtesy.

The handover was equally poor. He couldn’t demonstrate or set up the car and enlisted a colleague who was just as unfamiliar with the vehicle. I’ve since had to teach myself via online videos.

What should have been an exciting milestone was ruined by consistently poor service. I would not hesitate to warn others away from this dealership.

The staff is not cooperative at all. They do not deal with your queries politely and they are quite unprofessional. They keep you waiting over the phone and than call drops. I called them today 4 time to get update on my car , their response, the relevant staff is busy. Really disappointed 😞

Jaseem at Stellantis is exceptional! So friendly, approachable and explains everything incredibly clearly. Took my car in for its first service and just feels good to know everything is sorted and in safe hands. Awesome.

The service department are all smiles and welcoming when they want you to sign up to service plans. But when you try and check on the car’s status after the second day they are short sharp and unhelpful (everything is being done as quick as possible) then I had to wait another day just for an MOT.
There is no desire to speed things along or keep me in the loop and when questioned they become very unfriendly. Jaseem Jameel my ‘friendly’ service rep!

The service I received was excellent. I first visited a week ago and George gave me a rough quote for my car and showed me the used one I was looking at. I wanted to think about it. He kept in contact and I went back today. He allowed me to test drive 2 cars. Very helpful and not pushy with add one etc. He explained them all but was fine when I said I didn’t want them.

Only recommendation would be for Stellantis to accept AMEX as this nearly prevented me from going ahead as this was my planned payment method.

I was looked after incredibly well by Tatyana. She helped me find the right car for me and my family and was patient, transparent and informative throughout -what a gem! Thank you 😊

The service team where professional and friendly the actual service was fast and the car came back clean inside s and out.

Bought a new Peugeot 208 GT in June 2025. Car was fine for 6 months until a message on the dashboard came up saying “Engine Fault. Repair Needed.” Tried to call Stellantis for a repair but their waiting times are 2 months for a diagnostic check, which is appalling. Had to go to another approved repairer (as vehicle is under warranty) on 2 occasions due to the same fault. The fault now still appears on the car and I’ve tried to get in contact with them by going in person, phone call, email (they’ve raised two case numbers but no one has still responded!) and a letter. Cant get through to anyone at all. I now want to return the car because it shouldn’t be happening on a new car when the same fault keeps reappearing. Something is obviously not right but I can get through to anyone. Very poor customer service

From the moment I spoke to Tatyana over the phone, she instantly made me feel at ease. She was friendly, professional and patient with all my questions, explaining everything thoroughly. She booked me an appointment the next day and I felt comfortable and confident to visit the showroom knowing she was going to be my sales advisor. Tatyana got me the best deal on the car. She wasn’t pushy with her sales, connected with me in a human level and she genuinely cares for her customers.
She is a real asset to the company and there should be more sales advisor like Tatyana in a field that is male dominated.

I received great support from Jaseem from the Chingford branch. I had questions about servicing my Peugeot car. Jaseem addressed them all and also ensured that he got advice from his manager to confirm the validity of the advice. I would recommend Chingford Stellantis branch only for the advice received by Jaseem.

Everyone i had contact with were professional and polite, I had a few problems which are being sorted mainly with the help of Katyanna who is an asset to company and customer.

Booked an MOT and service at Stellantis & You Chingford with a same-day turnaround promised. During the day I approved their request (via notification) to replace worn tyres. I received no update after approving. At 5:50pm I was told the car had finished late and the site closes at 6pm, so collection was pushed to the next day.
When I returned, the tyres hadn’t been changed despite my approval, and the MOT included several advisories. I also noticed the maintenance/service record hadn’t been stamped. Just keep distance of Stellantis, they don't care about customer service and the branches operate without any supervision to guarantee quality and ethical practices.
