Very rude Staff called Jameel who thinks he owns the dealership. Full of lies. Can’t even tell me what diagnostic was done for 5 hours worth of work @ £1000. Tried to record what lies he was saying to take action and he gets pissed off and hangs up. Needs proper Customer service training or should leave the job. Man likes to Brag about him working for 3 years at Peugeot Chingford 😂

Tayyab was exceptionally helpful and made understanding the motorbility scheme so simple for us.

He was also able to get us a car in a matter of weeks which was amazing

Citroën contacted me for a camshaft recall so I brought it to stellantis chingford. They did the work for free as expected but when I came to pick up our car, it couldn’t start again. The car was fine and had driven all the way to France a few days before. They kept it and said the new problem had nothing to do with them. They could solve it if we payed £350. I felt scammed.

Went in with a car in mind. Staff, Moseray, was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and even managed to save money. All was sorted quite quickly.

Their customer service is atrocious! I have been using their motability service, and I am absolutely fed up of their continuous failure to provide a basic satisfactory service. From the point of enquiry to repairs, there's been numerous disappointments with the last being of them cancelling my repairs booking a few hours before my appointment time, telling me that it's not a service they provide, only to then find out, it actually is, but for whatever reason, they found it suitable and convenient for them to cancel my mobility appointment. Definitely don't want to use their products again, and if I have to, then definitely not this site!

Selantis&UK customer service is appalling. Car has been dropped of at dealership as advised, no courtesy car and have to try make nursery runs with a toddler & under-1yr old for 3 days and counting. No ETA when new car will be fixed, no ETA on courtesy car after customer advisers hang-up 3x so far. 'Avoiding like the plague' is an understatement.

They are good at selling and worst at customer care. The sales people will smile at you until you buy a car and then everything will change. The guy named Tayeb who served us as "senior" salesman, he assured us if anything happens just call us, but after few days when an issue came up they'd never returned my calls. I called them several times though. They won't take responsibility and just ignore you. On the day we visited the car, Tayeb said all of the tyres are in very good condition, which they were not, and we found out when one of our tyres went completely flat all of a sudden. Before that I called them for the tyre pressure alarm which kept coming back and asked them to check the tyres again, and they booked me an appointment for two months later. And when it went completely flat in the middle of the street, I called them for their help and cover or something, they just ignored my many calls and even my complaint emails. Also, be aware of the extra warranties, as they never told us about how ridiculously it's going to work. Every time you have a problem, you first have to pay £90, then they will investigate it, and if it is under the coverage then they will pay you back—unless, your £90 will be gone. Funniest thing was when Tayeb offered us floor mats for the car as a promotion, and when I went to collect it, apart from his unprofessional behaviour, they gave me a used mat from one of the cars in the showroom. I realised there are footprints on them when I'd already left the dealership. A small independent car dealer would have done better customer care than Stellantis. I am very disappointed that I bought a car from them and will never do this mistake again.

I was sold a car with 4 existing recalls which were over a year old. Then within 2 weeks of use it broke down. Total frustration with the brand and more so with the dealership. They do not act as professionals in my mind.

Contacting the manager did not make any difference. It's been over 6 weeks now and the recall still has not been cleared. The branch does not seem to take the manufacturers recall as a priority but each time of chasing for a eta just text back "parts are unavailable" surely parts for a recall should be on a priority.

Further update from my last one.
Now I have been waiting 12 weeks for a year old recall to be dealth with. Stellantis &You, Chingford branch have not updated me during this process in fact since I last spoke to the manager and recieved a repetative response of parts still on order and no eta. its now 6 weeks on and no further updates. It seems to me that, as a customer, if you are out of sight and make no communication with them then you are totally forgotten. If the Stellantis &You, Chingford branch is an example of Stellantis &You, as a company then I would strongly recommend that no one every deals with this company. This is a business totally failing to meet customer expectations in terms of product or service quality, response time and overall customer experience.

Brilliant customer service from start to finish from Moseray ( Mos), I can't fault a thing. He was articulate, explained everything, was very helpful and made the whole process of buying my car, flawless. Very happy with my car, and the service I received was outstanding. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Mos.

Professional, efficient and reliable.

At the end of Feb I've booked a service, MOT, diagnostics to 3 separate issues and wiper blades replacement for my Citroen Cactus C4 on the phone, for 11th of May. I have received a quote of £442.84.

When I arrived at Stellantis Chingford I was told that the service was never booked, they had only included the price of 2 out of the 3 diagnostics and that they were also charging me for a fuel wash (that I have never requested). Savage (the guy I spoke to) said that the people on the phones didn't really know what they were doing and that I would need to pay £662.95 (180 for each of the 3 diagnostics + 53.85 MOT + 69 wiper blades).

The same day I have received the link with the results of the diagnostics, and I was told I had to replace both the top mounts of the front suspension. When I called them to ask for how much that would cost, I was told it would amount to £1.174 as they had to replace the whole suspension).

I called them back after discussing with my wife and checking prices online and I spoke to Andrea. I wasn't happy at this point and she asked what went wrong. After I explained, she said "for lack of better words, my colleagues on the line are stupid".

After a lot of back and forth and making a complaint, I have decided to only replace the wiper blades and do the MOT. Savage was able to waive off £360 (2 diagnostics) as a gesture of goodwill.

I have then gone to another shop, replaced the timing belt, and the top mounts and serviced the car in a different shop for £1000 (saving another £1000 compared with the total price that was given to me by Stellantis to fix all the issues).

In summary, the service I have received was not professional at all, they are extremely overpriced and I will never, ever, go back to Stellantis again. They should've own their mistake and not throw their colleagues under the bus.
