Really first class service and very friendly staff!!

10/10 service at Stellantis &you Chingford. From start to finish Moseray was amazing. No question left unanswered, no stone left unturned. He was very knowledgeable about the exact car I wanted and not just the model in general. Definitely recommend Moseray if you’re looking to buy from them. All round great service. Would definitely recommend.

Nabeel’s customer service was excellent. Really helpful and gave plenty of information which helped make decisions at ease. Very nice and pleasant to talk to and my mother was comfortable too considering she didn’t speak English.

Lis was very helpful to us in explaining the features about the different service plans. She has always been good at sorting any issue we have had with the car.

First of all the guy i went to book my car in ,well to just drop off my keys was so rude that i have said he should not be working there he needs to be sacked he was so bad that I had to speak to the manager Elizabeth who was extremely helpful. This young male should be sacked and should not be there. He was very unprofessional and rude and told me I could leave and come back and make a new appointment another day when in fact I have been six weeks waiting for this appointment how dare him I reported him to Elizabeth the service team manager and I hope she done something about this. I don’t know. I haven’t been in contact with anyone.

I was advised to take out a warranty(spoti car) to cover any major repair costs, but it turned out the warranty covered none of the repair costs. Luckily, I had a warranty with Cazoo(Assurant), which covered some costs at just £20 a month. On the other hand, the Stellantis advisor had me paying £40 a month for a warranty that provided zero coverage. Additionally, their engineers charge £174 an hour for labour, which I find excessively high. You might want to look for a more affordable Peugeot-approved garage.

Peugeot's AdBlue diesel vehicles have proven to be quite unreliable. I would advise avoiding other fuel types as well, as I've heard of delivery delays up to a year and issues with new hybrid batteries failing within months. Overall, this garage is poorly managed, and the brand itself seems unreliable. They seem to have designed the cars in such a way that you almost have to go to a Peugeot dealer for fixes, as they have exclusive access to the car's software.

I had to pay almost £3,000 for a catalytic converter and injectors. On top of that, they charged £500 for diagnostics and £700 for labour. This car has proved to be a money pit, and I only owned it for a year, and it was well maintained.

Don't be lured by the attractive price and design, because underneath, the mechanics are subpar, and the company shows little regard for their customers' well-being.

The problem I had was with the ad blue on my Peugeot traveller it seems that these vehicles suffer very much from this problem the lady there who took on my case was very helpful indeed and the vehicle was eventually fixed due to them finding the fault and fixing the vehicle for me the only people that were not helpful whatsoever was the Peugeot customer care. Who are a complete and waste of time but the dealership did all they could and eventually the fault was found and fixed.

As I do not live in the area the team do their best to get my car done as soon as possible MOT or service while I wait. Staff always friendly & showroom & waiting area are always spotless. Car always come back clean & shiny.

Avoid this place. Took my car in for service today. When collected I noticed the bottom part of the passenger door was damaged. When I left my vehicle they filled in the form with all damages and this was definitely not noted as it wasn't there! When asked to speak with a manager we were approached by the so called assistant manager Lance Fowler. He was the most unhelpful and rudeest person I've seen. I was trying to explain to him that if this damage was here before leaving my car clearly it would have been noted on the form. He took no notice and just said "we will accept no liability" I have photos of this form they filled in and no where on that form does it show damages on the door. Very unprofessional and not what you would accept from a "assistant manager"
