Terrible service
Bought a fiat 500 from here. Car has a leak affecting my clutch fluid. Trying to book an appointment to get it looked as is pointless they do not call back. Tried multiple times before getting booked in. Driven all the way to the garage for them to turn around and say that I need to go to a fiat garage but didn’t think to tell me what before I arrived. Ended up breaking down in the middle lane on the m11 on my way back on a wasted journey that could have been avoided if they communicated clearly and told me the correct information

The perfect car service experience
Easy booking process but you do need to book well in advance as they do get busy.
Friendly staff who made me feel welcome and valued.
The service and the cars first MOT were both done in the time I was expecting.
My car was valeted before I picked it up!
