I had a great experience buying my new car. The best guy to help you is Oz, he is soo patient and understanding. I always buy my cars here, 9 years ago i bought my first car at 18 years old, Oz was the one to find me a reliable and affordable car.
This time around he has found me my exact style and durability as I’m mostly on the motorway, he understood my needs with my car and definitely delivered.

We had a welcoming and excellent experience from Walid Awadh, who explained to us all the details of the car. Showed us the best deals and was able to provide us the best car which was in our price range and criteria. This is definitely a good company I would recommend to anyone if they are looking for a good car with good service and deals.

Harry Christou. What an absolute extremely pleasant young man. Informative, patient, polite, respectful, knowledgeable.Patiently answered all my questions (even when I repeatedly asked the same one). If only all sales personnel were a Harry.

The car had a small problem, after phone call an appointment was made quickly and car was ready by the time I needed it. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable people. Thank you.

Unfortunately this is the third time I have had to seriously complain about the Chingford dealership and would not recommend that anybody buys or leases a car from this dealership.

c.4 years ago I was mis-sold a lease, where I was told that servicing and maintenance was included, then placed an order for a second car which was one of the worst retail retail experiences I have ever encountered, with the car arriving almost a year late with no communication and frequent complaint and diversions.

Unfortunately after only c.4 months of ownership, the second car (Peugeot 3008 Hybrid) is facing issues with the battery and electrics and in trying to arrange a repair, faced aggressive and threatening behavior from staff, in addition to an unacceptably long waiting time for a repair.

I advise serious caution before using Stellantis and Young and the Chingford dealership in particular. The after sales services is terrible, customer services are anything but helpful and unless you complain and phone repeatedly, nobody will help you or find a solution.

Had a clearly bad experience on the car retrieval. I left my car on a Monday, and let the operator know that I could only pick it up Tuesday, which was not an issue. On having confirmation my car was ready, I showed up at the shop and had to wait 40 minutes to just have someone retrieve my ready car. I was in a rush, and that's not anybody's fault. What's poor management is to have people in the service reception that only take the cars that they dealt with in the beginning. There was a queue of 5 people and I was number 1 just because we were all served by the same guy when leaving the car there, while there was someone in the reception just doing paperwork the whole time, conscious of 4 or 5 people waiting. Then, the calmness of chilling with other customers after me being 40m waiting, and the surprised face when I gave them my feedback live (upon asked) and it wasn't great, shows lack of tact. Last time for sure

I drove my car without having booked an appointment at Stellantis &You UK - Peugeot Chingford.
The service receptionists boke d me straight away.
I was asked to leave it with them for the day. I had received several phone calls to keep me updated.
My car was ready for collection around 4:00pm. the service receptionists was very helpful.

Brilliant customer service, Harry was able to answer my questions and very helpful explaining in detail the working on my new Electric car .I strongly recommend Stellantis & You Chingford for that personal experience

Very poor service and customer interaction . Took all day without any ability to phone in the check process (fault of Centralised Booking Service now under Stellanis -better when Robins and Day).Car heater didn't work post the service and another garage had to fix it -Stellanis had left a vital lead to the coolant reservoir off , I had to pay extra to fix . Stellanis took no responsibility or liability . Pathetic customer care!!

Absolutely useless. Never answer the phone, you leave emails, texts, call their head office, and still no one contacts you. Dreadful dealship and any star above 1, must be fake.
