It was great experience although my car that was supposed to be ready on a Friday was ready on Sunday.

We used Robins & Day Chingford for a service on one of our company vehicles and we are pretty disappointed in the post service service. We have been trying for weeks to obtain a simple VAT invoice and this has proven too difficult. We have contacted the branch by phone numerous times and we are still yet to receive our invoice and keep being ignored. It really is so disappointing.

I wish there were there no stars. We had to cancel our mobility car order October 2022 and was told we would get our refund asap. After emails and phone calls we are still waiting September 2023. Disgusting customer service. We now have to get a lawyer involved. Shambolic.

Buying you're first new car is never an easy task, knowing you will be putting a huge amount of investment towards it can be risky. However I was lucky enough to meet a exceptional gentleman, Mario who ensured every step of the way was carefree and easy. He understood our needs us as a family not being pushy or direct an making sure he guided us towards a car that will benefit us. He made sure the whole experience was very pleasant and smooth. Bought my Peugeot 3008 at Stellantis & You Chingford. I was dealing with Ervis, who was very helpful throughout the process, and prepared and completed my purchase in very short time. Had an issue with my new C5 which was through a lease company. Popped in to Citroen Chingford who were very helpful especially Jaseem Jameel who ensured I got answers for the fault!

My second case handler was excellent and very professional. Although I had cancelled my order, when the car arrived he contacted me and held the car for me while sorting my grant. He was always available to discuss the lease and explore different options available.
