Great service from Abdul, very helpful over the phone and via email. He managed to find the car I needed real quick. I was dealing with a different car dealer which messed me about for over 8 weeks but with Abdul everything was sorted in 2 weeks time.

Not a good experience. Will never use again. Advised over the phone that my carneeded a diagnostic check as I thought a warning light was showing when I booked the appointment for a routine service. I explained which light and what it showed. I was charged £180 for the diagnostics reduced to £90 as they said they had found nothing wrong. They then told me the warning light was actually a switch I could press on the dashboard that turned the cruise control lane positioning assist on or off! Perhaps equally worrying was the attitude of the manager when I complained. She was totally unhelpful and frankly condescending and dismissive. She really needs to go on a customer service training course.....

I received a Great service and buying experience from the guys are edgware branch. Special shout out to Abdul who went above and beyond to meet our needs. I hope the aftersales service will be just as good. Definitely recommend for me.

Take my car in every year for its annual service and MOT as I’m confident it will be dealt with in a professional manner. Very quickly get sent video of visual check of tyres, brake pads etc. Kept updated during the day and on collection car had been cleaned. Staff are very helpful too.

Never again! I booked my van in for a routine service and MOT. Was told after the service that there was a fault with the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System and that it would cost £170 to diagnose the problem. After returning home I discovered that the mechanics had significantly under-inflated my tyres and that there was no fault with the van. They are incompetent or dihonest! To make things worse, they have not responded to my calls or e-mails after two weeks. They clearly don't give a sh*t.

The staff kept me updated every step of my service to my vehicle.

I booked in for an express 2 hour service, was told it might be half an hour longer, which was fine. I booked in at 9 am and I left there at 1:15. The customer service is absolutely awful, there was no communication I just had to keep going and asking what was going on I’m pushing for my car to be serviced. They have obviously booked in far too many cars to be serviced as an express service so really what they should’ve done was to have called me the day before and asked me if I wanted to rebook because they were not going to be able to do it in two hours. Terrible communication. I’m not impressed.
