Abdul was brilliant! From placing the order to delivery, he provided exceptional customer care as always.

I booked my vehicle for diagnostics with three weeks waiting schedule, only to learn on the day of booking that my vehicle won't be looked at for another three weeks for staff shortage.
While the vehicle was checked within this time, it is now another 7 weeks since that check and I am still waiting for resolution. No meaningful communication from Stellantis, no quote offered for the job, no responses on SMS and email, no telephone responses either.
I made two visits there to find out what is going on and I only get strange responses, not even any apology for the delays.

While I don't doubt they would fix my vehicle to expectations as they did before, their customer service and branch culture are shockingly poor.
I regret now I brought my vehicle there.

They are super fast sending marketing communication about their open days and promotions though.

Collected my new car today…. Abdul was great… Gave me all the information needed and more… Leaving a very happy customer!!

The customer service at Stellantis Peugeot in Edgware is outstanding. Sina Esmaili was exceptional, clearly explaining all the options and maintaining great communication throughout. This was the best experience i have had with the Motability scheme. Highly recommeded!

As an indecisive person who finds car purchasing a new car stressful, this has been the best experience I could have had thanks to Imran. Imran has been knowledgeable, helpful and patient through the whole process. I've had many questions and queries and he has been supportive at all points. What does this really mean?
The person I called on the phone (Abdul) had the automobile ready for me when I arrived. There was not this high pressure sales tactic whatsoever. Abdul was thoughtful, yet very professional. When handling the paperwork etcetera, everything was professionally handled.
Regarding the dealership; Everything within and personnel are top notch, very welcoming and very helpful.
We were in and out with everything handled properly and timely.
