Excellent sales service. From the initial telephone call to the final purchase of the vehicle, everything was straight forward and explained thoroughly. In spite of the fact that I am located overseas, Peugeot Guildford were willing to keep the vehicle until I was able to collect the car, more than a month later, which is much appreciated. Finally, a special mention for the sales adviser, who was very helpful, attentive and responsive throughout the process and should be especially commended for her efforts.

The whole experience from dropping off my car to picking it up and the providing of a courtesy car, was positive. The work was carried out in a good time span and everything was explained with all my questions answered.
A special mention is needed for the brilliant service I received from Terry Mckay on the front desk who, made the whole experience run smoothly, with everything explained and regular updates on the progress of the work.
I would certainly recommend buying a Peugeot and going to Stellantis & You Guildford for the upkeep of your car.

Received a courtesy call the day before my car was booked in for. I arrived at 8am and staff were ready and waiting. I dealt with Terry who went above and beyond! I was kept updated throughout the day. When I collected my car it was looking very clean and the final part of the process was very smooth too.

Aislinn was very helpful in explaining the process, she kept me up to date with everything I needed to know.
If there was an issue with anything she would take care of it all with a smile on her face
If I decide to change my car in the future I wilm always go back and see her.

Booking the appointment was easy and the reminder a few days before was sensible. On the day, booking in was quick and documents to be signed were to hand. At collection time, useful information was given about tyres and help offered to get out of a crowded vehicle park. All those I dealt with seemed professional and my only comment is that the protective seat covers used by the service team were still in the van when I collected it.

Recently had my car Service and Mot at Stellantis Guildford. The team there were so helpful. On arrival the booking process was easy. I went for a walk while they completed the work, although I was offered a loan car. It was ready at the agreed time. And I am completely happy with the work that was carried out.

Purchased a car from stellantis & you in Guildford with Aislinn. I was expecting the whole experience to be difficult due to my car which i part-exchanged having some mechanical issues but from the first second to the last Aislinn made this experience a very easy and straight forward one. Even when a issue did pop afterwards and I was dreading ringing due to what I'd be told, again Aislinn sorted the issue out within a few hours. Always text or emailed when she said she would, I wish I could buy all my cars from Aislinn.
