Whilst this is dated August 2025, this has been an ongoing issue since I bought the car from Stellantis in February.
When I bought the car in February it did not have a wheel wrench to remove the lug nuts which I discovered when I got a puncture. Thankfully you rectified this but it shouldn't have happened in the first place if the checks on the vehicle had been properly carried out (and it was noted as being present in the vehicle in the check form).
In April the "com pack" which controls the indicators had to be replaced because the right indicator would turn on at a hair trigger touch of the control - this fault developed almost as soon as I bought the car in February so I assumed it to be a design feature until the indicator started coming on when I went over bumps in the road. It was in fact a dangerous fault and the mechanic who diagnosed it said "well it's a Peugeout." Hardly a vote of confidence for your product.
In early June, water began leaking through the top of the windscreen onto the steering wheel, dashboard and driver's seat after some rain. I have never had a fault like this develop in a car.
This repair took 10 days in which time I was supplied with a loan vehicle. I was provided with no introduction to this unfamiliar vehicle (which was an automatic that I have never driven and I didn't even know how to put it in gear) and was highly uneconomical, costing me over £100 in petrol in the time I had it (10 days). The washer fluid also ran out after 2 days and I had to replace this at my own cost and time. During this period I received vague communication from the service team who did not keep me up to date as to the progress of the work and when I tried to call the dealership I was cut off on several occasions.
After this repair a new fault emerged in August, tyre pressure warnings, engine fault light and ambient temperature were all displayed (-30C in some cases). This was "repaired" with the temperature sensor "replaced" and I was told that the 3 faults may be interlinked but no explanation as to why.
In October 2025 the engine fault light came on again. I booked in again (given an urgent return due to the recurring faults) and asked for a loan car again due to work requirements. When I arrived at the dealership I was told there was no loan car available and would have to rebook again, waiting 3 weeks for a loan car. On the day I arrived at the dealership, the engine fault light had gone out 1 mile from the dealership. The service team then said they could find no fault with the car, despite the engine fault light being on for almost a month. I was provided with an electric car despite having no means of charging the vehicle at home and the range being only 250 miles (at best) when I drive from 500 miles a week for work. The car was so horrendous to drive I returned it the same day as I was told by the service team that no fault could be detected and no fault lot exists within the car itself so no history can be checked.
In December 2025 the engine fault light, ambient temperature error and tyre pressure warnings returned. My car was booked for a service on December 19th and I raised this issue and asked if it could be looked at during the service which I was told no as more time was needed (is 3 hours not enough?). The earliest date for this is January 26th 2026 (over a month wait) as again I require a loan vehicle.
Since starting driving in 2007, I've owned half a dozen cars and can count on one hand the number of faults that have required communication with a dealership. None of them produced 5 faults in 6 months that required multiple calls to the dealership (which is nigh on impossible to get through to on the phone), repeated trips to drop off the car, and lost time waiting for work to be done. For the most recent work I was never given a timescale but was told to have the car dropped off early in the morning, had to chase to get an update (which did not arrive by text as promised) and then was asked very insistently when I would be back to collect the vehicle!
The radio has had a constant issue with cutting out, repeating the broadcast and the speakers cutting out at random around the interior of the car. I assumed this was my own hearing at first but it has been noted by my wife and daughter and it has gotten worse over time.
I have experienced a constant stream of utter garbage quality service from all levels of the dealership. The service team appear to be incredulous that I have an extended warranty (thank God that I do) and the used car manager's attitude has been "sorry but what do you think I can do about it?". The Aftershaves Manager offered a £100 service credit to change a review on TrustPilot which it turns out is a breach of the TrustPilot conditions!

When my Peugeot 3008 lit up with the repair required message I contacted my local established main dealer to be told they couldn't even diagnose until December! Then I found Stellantis and you in Hatfield. Appointment made and diagnostics carried out in October! Not good news but Beth on the service desk kept me up to date and broke the bad news gently. Once agreed the repairs were carried out very quickly with Beth updating at least once a day. After personally handing the car back she even took the time to call me the following day to check everything was ok! Proper customer service that I am busy telling other Peugeot owners about. Beth you're a star - thank you.

Called to get front and rear brake discs and pads check as my car needs them. No answer on phone. No answer on service. Then had an argument with very angry parts man! Cannot actually believe how bad Peugeot are. Won’t ever get another. Which considering I change car every three years means they’ve lost out.

I raised a Formal Complaint, regarding the Aircon not working again on my 508 SW vehicle after it going into the garage on three separate occasions regarding this matter, one being 03/08/2022, again on the 13/09/2023, then again on the 20/11/2023 when the A/C Compressor was replaced.
It can clearly be established that the works on my vehicle have clearly been not been addressed to a satisfactory standard as the A/C system would not have emptied the Gas once again, it can also be stated that the A/C system has or had not been thoroughly checked for leaks, when the vehicle last went into Robins & Day as I would not be finding myself in this same situation once again.
I find it unwarranted that now Peugeot/Stellantis Hatfield are asking me to cover the costs of the Diagnostics, when the works have clearly not been resolved from the previous visited into Peugeots appointed service station. The vehicle has only been driven 2013 miles since the vehicle last went into what was Robins & Days at that time which was on the 20/11/2023 which is only 527 days ago since that date, when I raised the issue to Peugeot UK over the Gas leaking from the system once again. The mileage on the vehicle works out at only 2.6 miles per day since that time.
I'm asking Peugeot kindly authorise a Goodwill Gesture to correctly fix the fault on the A/C system to my vehicle, due to the minimal mileage the vehicle has undertaken since the last time in came into the Peugeot service station.
I request that my claim is reviewed once again due to the evidence I hold, it would be totally unfair of for Peugeot to not uphold this claim due to the vehicles use & the evidence of the true mileage. The Aircon issues have clearly not been resolved as I would not be in this situation I'm now currently in once again due to the fault clearly not being resolved in the first place. Due the minimal usage of only 2013 miles since the vehicle came into Stellantis for the very same issues that have clearly not been resolved is really not professional for the Peugeot brand. I kindly ask that you contract me with a resolution to fixing my aircon.
