Car was checked in promptly, and then taken into the garage for servicing. I waited in a comfortable waiting area, with tea/coffee available, while my car was being serviced.

Very poor after sales service!
When Peugeot RECALL your car because of a mechanical issue you expect efficient service to get your car back on the road.
Sadly this isn't the case with this dealership who don't care about after sales service or how many weeks you have a wait for a repair.
It's very easy to get a five star review when the sales team are all over you to buy a car but after sales - forget it!
