Harrison was friendly and very helpful.

Had a service with this garage and everything fine and until I experience an oil leak. I decided to take my car to my local garage where 2 oil leaks was discovered. The oil leak was rectified in 20 minutes. The mechanic stated that the sump wasn’t tightened property nor was the oil filter, more than likely on the service. This is not a great start won’t be going to these again. Therefore before you leave this garage make sure the work is covered properly, I also had my breaks and discs looked at and was told that they were fine, when at Peugeot I was told need new ones right away. Shocking, is it take the money?

Christie at the Hatfield branch was amazing. Unsure of what I actually wanted Christie helped by explaining everything that the different models had. Her happy smiley personality puts you at ease. Very knowledgeable and gives wonderful customer service even after the purchase was completed. Pop down and ask for Christie if your looking for a new or used Peugeot in the Hertfordshire area.
