Fantastic customer service from James in the Peugeot service repair department looking after my van repair under warranty. Constant communication and great customer care, with a loan vehicle to get us by in our hour of need to keep our business functioning.
A vast improvement from my previous experiences with this branch. 10/10

I am very pleased with the level of service and support I received.

Tried to book my car in for a service , left 3 messages for a call back no response , went online in the end and booked for the 21st sept great 👍 no they moved it to the 23rd ( not convenient ) no call just moved it . Phoned number on booking and go to central booking no help whatsoever so ask to speak to Hatfield , I actually spoke to the dealership 👍👍👍. Apologised about the 21st but can book for the 28th sept ok great . NO . When he tried to book in would not let him although was showing available . So it’s now booked in for the 5th October , but no e-Mail no txt confirming , so that will prob get cancelled ! After this service I will be selling it and move to a brand that actually wants my business ! Awful awful customer service .

Was made to fill very welcome by the service team especially Bethany Gates who delt with my booking and was very informative and helpful regarding my service plan.
Also top marks for the workshop team for looking after and returning my Peugeot in a nice clean condition

From the first time calling the service department I had the best customer service. Beth took my original call and was lovely. When I told her the poor experience I had had with Peugeot UK, she wanted to make my experience with Peugeot Hatfield a positive one. She booked me a courtesy car for when my was going in. I picked my courtesy car up with no problem at all. They fixed my car in a few days and were completely flexible for me when arranging for me to pick my car up and returning the courtesy car, not pushing me to do it quickly. I cannot thank the whole team enough. I will only use the Hatfield branch in the future even though they are not the closest one for me. Thank you tons to all the service staff xx

Booked a test drive for a Peugeot E-308 SW. Salesman accompanied us on a decent length drive allowing both my husband and I to drive. Afterwards we concluded the deal at the showroom. He was friendly and professional throughout.

Great easy to use booking service and they booked a Saturday appointment for me. They contacted me 2 days prior to the service date just to confirm that I was still attending. 1st car service went well and they provided me with complementary coffee while I waited. They even washed my car once the work was completed.

Absolutely waste of time . I have bought from Peugeot for my last 4 cars . On this occasion i kept receiving calls about the wonderful offers they would supply on my purchase - a date and time was set to meet Francis Harrison. 24 hours before the time was changed by 30 minutes - on arrival he was dealing with a customer - the other 4-5 men were slouched in the office - scrolling through their phones . After a while , a gentleman came out and told me he was busy ' I'd worked that out .
45 minutes after my agreed appointment time Harrison offered to get someone else to deal with me . No thank you - I drove up the road to Nissan and was met with a professional service and bought a car from them instead.

Hatfield changed the timing belt and serviced my 3008. I found them, each time, to be highly professional, courteous and their pricing very competitive. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

First class service .Car returned fully valeted .No delay in returning the car .

Bought a Used Peugeot e208. Very easy to book a test drive online. Good communication ahead of me turning up on the day so they were ready and I had what was needed. Neil was friendly and transparent in discussions about costs, finance options, and date for delivery to my house. Got through a mountain of paperwork in very short time, and with no fuss. 48 hours later, the car was with me having been serviced and delivered in person by Neil. Great experience. Would highly recommend.
