8 weeks for windscreen came in last Wednesday apparently checked but windscreen fitter refused to fit due to it being flawed so it will now be around 9 weeks waiting for windscreen when it comes in absolutely completely gobsmacked yes it was delivered damaged but it was checked by your staff if he had picked it up might have got another one in time for fitting

Sheffield service staff never cease to amaze, a year ago they were very rude to my wife after they had carried out a service and she experienced problems and took it back. Yesterday I went to pick our vehicle up and was met with more rudeness and lies after being told I could collect Monday morning. Won’t bother setting foot in this place again!

AVOID SHEFFIELD STALLANTIS

On 2 occasions we have had a bad customer service at Sheffield.
Both times the After Sales staff were rude, obnoxious and told lies. Given the fact they have been there some years and are senior members, some retraining in Customer Care wouldn’t go amiss.

We recently purchased a new electric van from Peugeot. Very pleased with the vehicle, but a big shout out to Rebekah Bodilly who dealt with everything for us, she made the whole process look very easy, excellent customer service and journey, would highly recommend! thanks!!

Rude staff, poor customer service. Complimentary car wash non-existent, so what's on their site is just hogwash.

Had a major service with them, 1 month down the line, had to change a break disc as they slotted a new break pad onto a bad break disc.

Made an initial complaint, but their team not interested. Not surprised, cause they couldnt care. Only interested in parting with your money.

Avoid them. They are upto no good.

Had an issue with my car and they were able to accommodate me to bring my car in at short notice. Connor and Glen were helpful and there's nothing I would change.

Luke Ingham sales advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was buying my Peugeot rifter.
He explained different things on offer (service plan,extended warranty exc)
On returning from the test drive,Luke spotted a couple of marks on the car that he got sorted for when I collected the car.

Rebekah was a pleasure to deal with, from initial enquiry to delivery. This is our first car on contract hire, Rebekah explained the process in detail and left us reassured that we can contact her at any point if we have any questions. The car arriving as quickly as it did was the icing on the cake!

From the start the service was excellent. Rebekah was polite and courteous in all aspects. We got a great deal and the finance was organised efficiently. Rebekah handled everything brilliantly and the whole process was stress free. We would definitely recommend Peugeot Sheffield to our friends.

Took my car in for a few repairs today. The staff were very friendly and helpful, repairs were done the same day and I was updated on the work throughout the day. Would definitely recommend, great team ☺️
