We went to Stellantis in Walton-on-Thames as Motability customers. The lease on our previous Peugeot 5008 was up for renewal; with the changes taking place at Motability it was really important to us that we could get everything sorted before July 1st.

We received fantastic service from Ioannis. He was very accommodating and able to sort it all very quickly for us, and we picked up our shiny new 5008 this morning. Ioannis was friendly and warm; on handover he took the time to sit in the car with us and explain all the controls - not something we have had before! He was also very patient with us when we kept missing important phone calls, and was happy to communicate via email which is overall much easier for us.

Thanks Ioannis for making it all so easy. Perhaps see you again in three years! ☺️

I left a 5-star review for the sales team… unfortunately, the service department deserves 1 star.

My car, which I recently purchased from this dealership, broke down three weeks ago. The RAC advised me to contact the nearest dealership (Walton) while the recovery driver waited. I couldn’t get through to service because I was met by an AI system, so I contacted sales instead. They confirmed they would accept the vehicle.

An hour later, service called me to complain that they “wouldn’t normally have accepted the car,” but since it had already been towed there, they had no choice. From the very beginning, the attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.

Three weeks later, my car is still not repaired.

Since day one, I have politely asked for a courtesy car due to being left without transport. Every single time, I’ve been met with arrogant responses implying that because I “dumped” the car there, I simply had to wait. Apparently, after three weeks, they still have no courtesy cars available.

Communication has been awful throughout. Whenever I ask for updates, I receive vague answers, no timelines, and on multiple occasions staff have abruptly ended calls.

To make matters worse, because the vehicle is under warranty, I ended up having to deal with the warranty company myself — only to discover that the dealership had failed to provide the required information about the vehicle, preventing approval for the repair.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Poor customer service, poor communication, rude staff, and zero accountability. Once the car is sold, customer care clearly disappears.

We have just bought a new Peugeot e208. Everything about the experience was pleasant and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble; Ioannis Nakas was very helpful, managing to find the vehicle quickly, and ensuring our trade-in completed well too. We’ve always had great service experience with Hazel from the servicing department too, who has always gone the extra mile. We will definitely use them again.

We brought a car today from Stellantis and You Walton from Carlos. We had a great experience and Carlos was very professional and not pushy at all, Carlos showed us various cars until we were happy with what suited us, a really nice guy too. When we decided what car to have the exchange process and valuation of my old car was excellent. I would definitely recommend Stellantis and You Walton and definitely ask for Carlos.

As a branch the staff are all excellent, such a shame that Michael left. But the general call centre is frustrating, annoying, don’t listen and keep pestering every couple of days even though I’ve told them already half a dozen times that I’ve already been in contact with the branch and made a booking.

Brought the car in at 08:30 and returned home. Car was ready at 15:00 all serviced and cleaned. Although I had to wait for the car on return to Stellantis Walton, Hazel was amazing keeping me informed of how long it would be and making sure I was ok with a coffee and magazines. Overall very happy with my experience.

Every dealership should have an employee like Hazel.
Nothing was too much trouble, clear and effective communication every step of the way and highly professional. 10 out of five!

I’m a returning customer and always get great customer service from Sue McGow. She listens and understood what I wanted and produced a New car which was ready to buy straight away. I was given a good trade in on my old car and a great price on the new one. I would highly recommend Sue and this dealership.

David was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me. He talked me through all of the very detailed forms I needed to fill in and even brought my purchased car to my place of work as it was difficult for me to come and collect it. The aftercare has also been brilliant; David is very supportive and I will recommend the team at Walton to future prospective car buyers.

Terrible experience today at this dealers. Reserved a 74/25 3008 GT to view last week which was sent from their online store.

Everything went fine on arrival and I loved the car. It went down hill after the test drive. They tried to drop my online valuation of my trade in by £900 because it is currently due its first service. Trying to tell me this was nearly what mini would charge themselves for a full service.

Then when I asked what the best price on the Peugeot was I was firmly told the price is the price. I was then asked what I wanted to buy it for (list price £26,880) I said as close to £25,800 as you could get me to which I was laughed at. The salesman then had the cheek to ask me why I thought I could buy it for that price!

Needless to say I will not be buying a Peugeot as if it is this hard to buy a car from them how hard would it be to have anything fixed if it was to unfortunately ever go wrong under warranty.

Every time ive dealt with stellantis it has been an absolute pleasure, always feel like a valued & respected customer. Great customer service all round.

On speaking to my brother and his wife some time ago about their new car they told me how delighted they were with the service from Sam at Walton. On needing to replace my existing car they were my go to dealership, and I'm so glad I followed their lead.
Sam spent a lot of time showing me the different models and options available to me. We also had a test drive which confirmed that the 3008 was exactly the car I needed. When I collected the car it was spotlessly clean inside and out. Sam then spent time showing me the different controls and features of my new car. Subsequently he has gone above and beyond with helping me to correct my mistakes on using the functions of my new car.

Great helpful advice and guidance from both David the salesman and Hazel who kept us up to date during our buying process. My wife's really happy with her new car!
