Apart from one small hiccup which was rectified when I asked about it no problems at all

I have just bought my 208 from Sue at Walton. From the first telephone call I was reassured by her extensive knowledge and experience. She answered all my questions on the telephone, via email and in person too. She explained the car to me in detail and went through the paperwork super efficiently. Don't hesitate to ask for Sue when you want to change your car, she is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Outstanding customer service. Thanks Sue!

Trevor and the team at Stellantis Walton were fantastic. They helped fix an issue on our 3008 and went above and beyond to get the problem sorted. The part was on back order from France but we were kept up to date regularly and once the repairs were complete the car was returned clean with no issues. Thanks again to the whole team. Will definitely recommend this dealership.

Excellent service and customer service absolutely up there, thank you to Hazel and Trevor for the 110% attention they gave to my complaint from a previously used Peugeot Garage. Will only use Walton in future, car running perfect at last, aftercare from service outstanding.

Carlos was excellent with our inquiry for the possible purchase of YC20FSJ. I would also like to mention Sue as she was my first contact when I had a quick look at the car. My wife said to me on Monday, lets go and have a look. When we looked around the car, which Carlos had brought round from the back compound, she was impressed and agreed that we should have a test drive. After the drive she said yes we should buy the car. We notice that there was some damage along the near side and a couple of creases on the boby work. Again we were assured that they would be corrected, so we went ahead with the purchase. We are cash buyers but needed to wait till the 28th February before our funds became available. Again this was no problem, we paid a small holding deposit and our now counting the days down to collecting the vehicle. Your team were very informative, polite and pleasure to do business with. Many thanks. Hopefully the bodywork gets done in time.

My daughter bought a used car from Stellantis in December and Carlos was very informative and not pushy. A warning light appeared in mid January and on contacting Carlos he agreed to have the car returned to enable full diagnosis. He provided a courtesy car and three days later explained the diagnosis and action taken by the garage to resolve the issue.Upon returning the courtesy car, my daughter's car was freshly cleaned and the tank was full. Excellent aftercare by Carlos and would highly recommend Stellantis.

We recently went to look at a car, really nice customer service no pushy sales. Overall a pleasant experience and a place I would return to again should I be on the lookout for a new car.
