From initial contact until the purchase this dealership were professional, clear and so friendly. Ioannis was a great help and spent several hours going through each detail and looked after us amazingly, the showroom is child friendly and there are drinks available. The choice of cars is very good and test driving is a pleasure.

My wife has been getting her Motability cars from here since I have known her and Sue the sales rep has always been very helpful and kind, so much so that I have also purchased my new car from Stellantis in Walton.

We faced multiple issues with the service:

No Clear Explanation – When our vehicle had an error, the problem wasn’t properly explained.

Unresolved Fix – After repairs, the vehicle still wouldn’t charge, forcing us to tow it back.

Excessive Delays – The car was in the service center for over a month with no updates. We had to call repeatedly just to check the status.

Returned Unclean – When finally ready, the vehicle wasn’t even cleaned.

Extremely frustrating experience due to lack of communication and attention to detail. Would not recommend unless service improves."

Update :
I have tried several times to reach that number mentioned, it keeps ringing and no one answers the phone. At a third attempt, i was able to reach a lady and had left my details, but yet to hear back from the General Manager.

The young lady that sold me the car was a credit to the company.
I had no intention of buying a new car , more inclined towards a used car.
Once me and my wife had browsed through the showroom we enquired about a new 2008 and chatted to Divya Panchal after she introduced herself.
The whole experience was exceptional and a deal was done to part exchange our old car and purchase a new 2008.
Divya was very helpful and has continued to be so post purchase and collection.

Customer service needs improvement. I handed my car in for its MOT at 8:45 and called 4 times late afternoon to ask when it would be ready and no call back to advice. I understand there were staff shortages but only after I complained. I ended up driving over at 4:15 and spoke to someone face to face. A bit disappointing.

We booked the van in for an MOT. Everything ran smoothly, from the original booking to the point of collection. Will definitely return.

I sent my car in because it had a load of issues that needed fixing. Was told some parts would need to be ordered in before the work could commence which was fine. However, though some attempt was made to communicate, I was largely left in the dark and had to consistently call in to check on the progress of my car. In the end, the car was with them for a month and when the car was actually ready, it took me going in person to retrieve it (only to find to my surprise it had been ready 4 days prior!). Safe to say I wasn’t happy with my experience but Michael, who attended to me, was polite and kind throughout the whole process and was able to compensate certain costs for my trouble.

Another great experience at Stellantis. I always receive great service at Walton branch. Purchased my car here from Sam who is just and all round lovely man. Been coming back ever since. Hazel at the service dept, took time to call an explain my car’s issues and how they could help. Great place, good service.
