I have just purchased a car from stellantis in Walton and experienced a great service. Sue was amazing in helping me make my decision on which model was for me, very knowledgeable and I felt no pressure at any point to buy. Sue kept me informed when my car arrived and ensured everything was in place for me to collect. The car arrived in immaculate condition and I’m very happy I would definitely recommend!

Purchased a car from this branch only 4 weeks ago paid over £17000 for this car plus extra for entended warranty for peace of mind. Beginning of this week started to experience problems with the clutch pedal, called to book it in to be inspected and appointment made for a weeks time which was the earliest appointment they could offer me also told I may have to pay diagnostics fee of 135 pounds. Decided to take to my local garage today to see if it was a quick fix, it's turns out the clutch cylinder is on its way out and the part alone would be in excess of 350 pounds. Called Walton on Thames branch today twice to speak with someone to see if could discuss getting this issue resolved sooner as I cannot afford to be without a car for a week as required for work. Was promised twice today that I would receive a callback and nothing. So dissapointed with this dealer given they were recommended to me by a friend.

Collected a new car yesterday from Stellantis in Walton, we dealt with Sam Auger, who was polite, friendly and extremely helpful.

Exceptionally helpful staff on hand. Hazel, as always was very helpful with getting my car booked in at short notice and keeping in contact with me, giving regular updates (Nikolaos Liakopoulos).
Clear and constant updates given throughout the day with regards to having the service done from the service reception staff.
The courtesy car I had on loan for the day was a pleasure to drive (Peugeot e2008).

I've never had an issue when using this branch for purchasing and servicing cars.
The staff are always helpful, friendly and very accommodating.

Great service from Hazel as always. Came to get my car MOT brought a new one. Fantastic place and friendly people.

All the staff at Peugeot Walton was extremely helpful as always. My air conditioning stopped working and my car was booked in and looked at straight away. At first nobody new what the fault was, but after further investigation by Peugeot it was confirmed that the compressor was faulty and needed replacement. The car was booked in a week later and I was given a loan car for the entire time my car was being repaired. I received great service, and I cannot recommend Walton Peugeot enough.
