Excellent service from start to finish. Carlos made my buying of my new car easy from start to finish. He went out of his way to explain everything to me models payment and on collection went through everything on the car. I would recommend anyone to buys a new car from here. The showroom was spotless and other members of staff in the showroom were all very polite.

Great service, they did all the work I just had to drop the car off and wait, the staff are and always have been very polite, friendly and professional it was a good experience from start to finish and they even cleaned the car!! I would definitely recommend Stellantis Walton, keep up the good work nice to feel like a valued customer.

Full communication about what was happening. As there was an unusual amount of traffic the company let me know they were going to be a little late. They contacted me during the day and let me know when my car was on the way back. They did exactly what was planned, suggested further work, but were not pushy when this was declined.

I purchased a vehicle in December with the Spoticar warranty.
January the vehicle develops a fault. I brought it in to Walton branch. We're now nearing the end of March and no work has started on my vehicle. It's taken 8 weeks just to get the warranty 'approved' which should have been dealt with in a matter of days. I've had countless calls and had to resort to opening up a case to get anywhere.
Now 8 weeks later the warranty has finally been approved only to be told the parts needed are currently out of stock.
Why the vehicle has not been fixed or parts ordered up until now is beyond me.
I would strongly advise against ever purchasing a vehicle from Stellantis as the customer care is non-existant and they couldn't care less about you once they have your money. The warranty offered isn't worth the paper its written on.

Sue has supported us effectively all along the process of buying a car, which we were really grateful for. All our queries and questions were answered swiftly, and we'd like to thank the whole Stellantis Walton sales and workshop team, especially Ms Mcgow on this.

The reception I always get from Hazel at Walton on Thames who takes care of everything for me with great efficiency and kindness is the first thing that is so great about the service. Also, having used the company for many years I am always certain that any problems with my car will be quickly diagnosed and resolved.

We booked an appointment online to test drive a Peugeot 108 for my sister in-law at the Walton dealership, and was contacted by Sam Auger.

On the day, Sam was there to meet/greet us and have their immaculately prepared vehicle all ready to go on the forecourt!

The condition/presentation of the vehicle was like brand new and we were very impressed to say the least despite it being 2 years old!

Following the test drive, Sam was very helpful and explained all her different options before she agreed on the deal which suited her budget!

It was such a pleasure dealing with Sam, and we highly recommend Stellantis in Walton.
