No words are enough to explain how truly fantastic this dealership and their sales team are! I had the pleasure of having Sam Auger as my salesman who dealt with the process of me purchasing a car at Stellantis & You (Walton) from start to finish. I couldn’t praise Sam enough if I tried, he was the most genuine, honest, understanding and kind salesman I have ever dealt with and has completed changed my perspective of car dealerships. Not once did I feel pressured to go ahead with the car I was looking to purchase, Sam was incredibly helpful at answering any queries I had throughout the process and despite having some issues with the lender which had nothing to do with Sam or Stellantis, he ensured to constantly update me throughout so that I knew what was going on as well as providing me with realistic timescales as to when the process would likely be finalised and the car would be ready for me to collect. After the issues with the lender which resulted in me almost having to cancel my birthday plans, Sam stepped in and very kindly offered me a loan car whilst I waited for the lender to pay out for my car. I will forever remember this act of kindness on Sams behalf and I really could not thank him enough for his compassion and understanding in this situation. He was incredibly helpful when I came to collect the car I purchased and was very willing to answer any queries I had and sorted all of the paperwork as well as my road tax and care plan swiftly and with no issues. I cannot praise Sam enough for his professionalism and I have already told all of my family and friends to look at purchasing their next cars with Stellantis. The dealership is lovely, very clean and everyone greeted me with a smile. Sam is an absolute credit and an invaluable asset to Stellantis and I couldn’t thank him enough for the service he provided. I am over the moon with my new car and I will definitely be back when it’s time for a new car. So again, thank you so much to Sam and Stellantis, you truly have changed my impression of dealerships and provided me with a great experience!

Purchased a secondhand Hyundai Tuscon at the Walton branch, great service from Sam the sales advisor, had a problem with bonnet latch which was sorted for me within a couple of days by Trevor in the workshop, friendly company to deal with, no pressure selling just good honest advice, happy with service given

Dreadful company agreed a deal on a car drove 1 hour 20 minutes to view the car. The car had not been prepared in advance of my visit had a deep scratch on both passenger side doors & a curbed alloy wheel. The sales person was in different and said not everything shows up on pictures or videos REALLY 😂

I am self employed so it was an absolute waste of my time going to view on a very well deserved day off.

The sales manager was quite helpful however the damage was done . Utter waste of my time.

Scratched my car. But because I hadn't taken a video of it first (I didnknow about this), shoulder shrug response. Kept me waiting ages. A very self important expensive bunch. Never again. Anyone want to buy a Peugeot?

Excellent service,car was picked up and delivered back fully serviced and on time.

Firstly, Good customer care- I was offered a courtesy car and were understanding of my predicament having had a breakdown 200 miles away from home.
Secondly, I was kept informed of progress that was made while they fixed the car.
Finally, technically the issue appears to have been resolved.

Experience with the garage was not good, poor communication, felt forbed off, and found it hard to understand the person who was explaining what needed to be done to the car. It took nearly 2 weeks to get my car back. Won't be using the garage to fix my car again,

Took our van to Stellantis Walton, in the Hersham Road. Really pleased with the work carried out and explanation of what was required. Staff very knowledgeable and polite.

Booked in for a service and MOT. Everything went smoothly. Car washed and ready to collect when asked for. Perfect service from the staff in every way.

Prompt, efficient, and friendly service

I took my car for an investigation into an oil pressure alert, its first MOT, and the 3 year service. As usual, I have absolutely no complaints. The team was professional, efficient, and kept me up to date as we went along.
