I called the Crawley branch with only a few weeks left on my HP and Izzy saw me and my wife the next day. She helped us pick the perfect car for our family and got us a great deal on the price and a part exchange for our old car. She gave me her work mobile so we could text rather than have lots of calls, which I really appreciated and had the car ready and gleaming on the date we agreed. She was a real pleasure to deal with and we love our new car! Thanks Izzy!

Leah was so nice, but contacting her after purchase as something doesn't work on the vehicle, no reply, don't suppose I will hear from them again so will have to try and find a way of getting it fixed, not overly happy with being ignored but the car is okay.

I recently purchased a used car from Vauxhall Stellantis &you Crawley, namely Harry. Having spent £19k, it is a nice car. However the service I've received since is appalling. I was promised by Harry that the service record would have to be emailed over as it's an ex Motability vehicle. Almost one month later, and my numerous requests for this have been outright ignored. Emails haven't been replied to, phone calls not returned. Not having a service record adversely affects the resale value of my car, so you can imagine how angry I am at this - when there is no reason why it cannot be simply emailed over! EDIT: After posting this the manager got in contact and sent the documents over despite being on holiday. Relieved to have finally received them and hope this was just a one off as opposed to reflective of the company!
