I had a letter from peugeot saying that…
I had a letter from peugeot saying that I had a safety recall on my car as they needed to put some software onto my car which I thought was no problem it stated on the letter that this would take a hour to do.
I booked it in with the booking team etc like normal only to be told when I arrive at Croydon Stellantis and You that it is a all day job.
I was not very happy at this I find this bad communication as I had been there from 11 o clock in the morning and didn't leave till 3 if I had know this then I would have asked for the car to be picked up and returned once finished as I am a carer to my mum and also I had appointment which I had to change, the customer service was not satisfactory and the advisor who was dealing with me was meant to pass messages to the service department to get the work done quicker this never happened. When my current deal with peugeot expires I am seriously thinking about leaving as the customer service is not of a very high standard considering I have recently lost my dad so this made the whole situation very upsetting.
I have been a customer at Stellantis and you Croydon since 2013 and this is how I get treated I think some customer service training needs to be sorted out.

My new van purchased from Stellantis has been off the road for 12 weeks waiting for a part. No one can help with information and there is no one senior who will speak to me.

A car is a massive investment. Don't trust them.
Bought a Vauxhall Combo from them, and was misinformed about the car. The salesman told me the car would have front sensors (wrong), heated seats (wrong) and didn't inform me that a subscription would be required to pre-climatise the car through the app.
I pursued a peace agreement to just install legitimate Vauxhall sensors (a cost of £2200), and to look past everything else. Instead, they offered cheap £350 sensors. Not impressed.

Was told the car would be needed for 2 hours was there for over 3! Was told the car would be cleaned as part of the repair that was not done! They also stole belongings from my car!

This was my first visit to Stellantis Croydon, and I was very impressed with the level of service I received. I was assisted by Leonard, who was professional, attentive, and efficient in resolving the issue with my car. He took the time to ensure the problem was addressed promptly and fully resolved before I left.
