I would give Stellantis Croydon zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service after an MOT appointment when staff there damaged my car key. They refused to acknowledge this, claiming it was already damaged when I brought it in. Do not use this garage unless you want to risk damage to your vehicle.

Delay in getting work done
My electric car went in for a service and it's first MOT. It needed 2 new tyres, but only one was in stock. I had to return for the second tyre and MOT the following week. I delivered the car at 8 am (The time that they suggested). I called in at 3:15 pm. MOT done, but the tyre still had not been changed. Not very good customer service.
