This service has been very different for me, on my arrival the STAFFS were all very pleasant especially for 'the Mondays blues' when you think of it first working day?? I say and say again these crews were very pleasant and very helpful as can be, and l cannot fault them in anyway.
They were very hospitable to me and thanks for the training that you gave to them they deserve what it takes for them to get to the next level, so please dont hesitate or leave them unattended such pleasant lot!!

The person that I spoke to
The person that I spoke to, Chelsey Southby was extremely helpful. She helped to resolve what may have been a bad situation. The service was not booked in and so no courtesy car was available. Chelsey then found that the MOT was due on 31st Jan and she managed to get this done and I was able to pick up my own vehicle the next day. Chelsey found a courtesy car for me to use as I needed to do the school run the next day.

Went in for my vehicles yearly MOT & service and greeted by the most lovely lady Chelsea. Chelsea couldn’t be any more helpful of she tried. Attentive, caring and genuinely a wonderful person who went above and beyond to get me organised for my pending daughter’s arrival this December. She got me through to the sales desk upon collection of my car and introduced me to Sean who again was amazing! Ive ordered my new family car which was made such an easy, un-stressful process. It took less than 30mins and i left beaming that so much had been organised and sorted in just one trip. Bought my car new from here.Previously Robins and Day.I have had it regularly serviced and mot’d here.Staff are always friendly but professional. Martyn and Alan on service reception were very polite and informative and quite happy to have a quick chat.I only visit the centre once a year and have had no problems.Some of the staff have remained and the staff are equally friendly but professional.
