Viktor was very helpful
Viktor was very helpful, knowledgeable and made my buying experience run very smoothly. There were no pressurising calls and most communication was done quickly and efficiently via emails. Fast and efficient service. Close by is the tram stop to get to Croydon if you need to get the train to work after drop off.

Can't recommend Tracey enough!
Tracey was great the whole way through the experience. Very helpful and informative and made the process incredibly easy! Very happy with the car, and she handled everything I needed for me.
Highly recommend Tracey for any new car needs!

My experience since has been awful.
The vehicle was not roadworthy during the initial test drive, which had to be cut short due to brake failure.
Warning lights appeared the day I purchased the car.
After being told that the vehicle would be sorted on my behalf, I followed up several times, only to be informed I would need to arrange the repair myself as they were "too busy".
I was out of pocket for this, and a subsequent repair for several months.
All whilst being ignored and brushed off by the exceedingly unhelpful after sales team.
The car was purchased a year ago, and this is still ongoing.
I would avoid them at all costs - NEED to do better.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR MOT OR SERVICE DONE HERE
If you’re booking a service or an MOT. Bring a box of tissues with you. 10 years of driving Vauxhall cars and had a family friend (mechanic) do all the works. Never cost me more than £300 total. I’ve come to these crooks once and they’ve managed to rack up a £800 bill. Shocking. Truly shocking. Don’t bring your cars here for services or MOTs. Trust me.
