The reception staff were friendly, efficient and professional. They confirmed what my car wa sin for, and outlined the cost of the work, and the expected time scale.
The waiting area was clean and comfortable.
The work on my car was completed inside the time given and my car was returned cleaned and tidy.

Booked my van in which was cancelled due to no parts. My van was booked in about a month ago. I get a text message saying they called? They did not. After numerous phone calls I got through to the national helpline that said someone will call me they did not. So all in all a crappy experience with no conversation with anyone as they do not answer there phones. I have now gone elsewhere.

I took my vehicle to this centre for an inspection. Book an appointment arrived on time, see after 30minutes.
The "inspection" took 2 hour 30min.

Popped into Stellantis to have a look at a car for my son, and Keelin was great from the word go… making the sale of the Vauxhall Corsa Yes go smoothly from start to finish. The car was in an excellent condition and very clean and tidy. Lovely touch to have the Bow on the car on collection. Thanks for making it a wonderful surprise!

I just bought my new car at this branch and was pleasantly surprised with the level of service. Both Mehdi and Maitri were really professional and helpful, they kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process, from the moment I went to see the car the first time (Maitri let me test drive it twice on different days) until I collected it today, fully serviced, cleaned and pristine (Mehdi was really helpful finalising the paperwork, helping me tax the car and having everything ready as I was in a bit of a rush). I would totally recommend this company.
