I can't praise Audi Liverpool enough. The whole experience was excellent. From making a phone call to book my car in for a service to dealing with the service team. A special mention for Katie, she is very professional, helpful and friendly. She is a credit to Audi. Well done and keep up the great work.

Took car for a full service
Took car for a full service. Upon picking the car up there was a fresh deep stone chip on the bonnet. It was immediately pointed out and I was informed it would be sorted out. They took Photos of the damage and said they would fit me in with the body repair guys. Called numerous times since but they are waiting on the body repair guy and manager. I’ve heard nothing since. They were very concerned about customer positive feedback which would have been positive if it wasn’t for this outcome.
