My car went in for a regular service
My car went in for a regular service. They had the car for two days and then they said could not get the brakes working correctly - this was at 4.30pm Thursday. The Manager would call me Friday morning to discuss. I did not receive a call from the Manager - but at 9am Friday the car was all signed off to go and I should collect it and return my courtesy car. At 11.30 am on the Friday morning I'm driving along a busy 'A' road (bank holiday)with my family and the brakes fail - the ABS light came on and there is no power in the brake pedal. I called the dealer 10 times and nobody called me back. I ran a red light as i could not stop, eventually stopping in a bus stop. I am really not happy with this service. I then had to call them Tuesday - in which they really did not seem that worried about the whole incident. I had to call LR assist to get the car back to their dealership - as they would not help with that - and until it was at the dealership they could not help me. Awful and dangerous service.

Stay away from Stratstone Erdington!!!!!!!!!
Me and my family attended this branch 26/8/24 1pm. I walked into the sales office, with no one to greet me. A sales advisor was busy with another customer. Then 2 more sale advisors were noted to be present. As I looked around with my family, none of the sales advisors approached or acknowledged me. After a while I approached a gentleman- well not so much a gentleman. I asked him questions and his reply was as if I was was being looked down on. He undermined me. I felt discriminated against. I proceeded to go to another dealer next door, Audi to be precise whereby I was greeted with pleasure from a Sales advisor, which was a total shock.
Stratstone Erdington stay away!!!!!, they do not want custom, I have lost confidence in car showrooms and will now order online to prevent discrimination!!!!
