Car only went in for recall work. But Stratstones still treated us as regular customers, and even washed our car. Alex in service was great. Thank you.

Waiting time not ideal but a good service
On entering the dealership I had to wait around 10 minutes to be booked in for the service which is less than ideal. I was also only called at 5.30 to say the car was ready, which as the dealership closes at 6pm only gave me 30 minutes notice to pick up. The service and subsequent car wash however was good, as was the collection procedure, they also reduced the cost of my service which I was very happy with.
