They will not necessarily get you the best price if you are using them to sell, but they will rather sell to their ''favoured'' buyer. If you are a buyer they may or may not pass your offers through to the vendor.

We have recently completed the purchase of our new home in St Albans via Strutt and Parker who have been very helpful, friendly and professionally attentive throughout the process. We are grateful that Rozanne and Nicola were responsive and thorough during the negotiation and documentation phase and especially thankful that Kerry was available to facilitate and coordinate on behalf of both parties; her communication and persistence were absolutely instrumental in reaching exchange and completion against a challenging deadline. Terrible experience with Strutt and Parker in Shrewsbury. Started badly with incompetent property detail collation and went downhill from there. They nearly lost us our sale and we had to take over the management from that point on. Would definitely not use them again.

Gina Strutt and Parker was instructed to sell my home along with another joint agent. All her advice pre and post sale was invaluable and she is most professional and very knowledgeable. I am so glad I chose S&P to sell my large Georgian home. I have a long history of buying and selling houses so I almost expected the pitfalls and inefficiency that have become predictable from other agents. However, S&P's Consultant Gina Simpson made it a very short and pain-free process. I am sure behind the scenes she worked very hard, but for me her no fuss, no headache, and professional approach made it all go orderly and smoothly to its conclusion. Her negotiation skills on our behalf meant we ( she ) achieved almost the asking price in a home that is so unique it could easily have stuck around on the market if left to other agents' middle-of-the-road efforts.
Gina is empathetic, full of great ideas and initiative for overcoming hurdles and is also very personable and pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend S&P to anyone at any level, but in particular for high-end properties.

After having lived in one of the flats they manage during one year, and after all the issues we have faced (moisture, leaking pipes, disgusting stuffs coming out of the pipes in the bathtub, etc) we have now left the flat. Unfortunately, they do not respond to our emails anymore and complete radio silence in regards to our deposit, although the contract mentioned that it should have been returned at the latest a few months ago. If issue not resolved, legal action will be taken against the company.

We have now successfully completed the sale of our lovely house in Church Stretton (Shropshire). We are delighted with the help and support of Strutt and Parker (Shrewsbury) in getting to this point. We have recently completed on a lovely house offered through the S&P Sevenoaks office. It was a lengthy process but throughout Victoria (and Andrew) were always responsive, calm and professional. We would definitely engage them in the future if needed.

Gina is one in a million. Always returning phone calls and texts promptly. Always very pleasant, determined, focused, driven and dedicated but not at all pushy. We have given Gina a new name, it's Tina Turner simply the best.
