Very happy with the outstanding service received by the Ascot team.

It has been a pleasure working with the Winchester office to sell our house. Each member of the team works well together and despite it being a very busy period, they never seemed too busy to find time for a discussion.
They began by giving us a realistic expectation of how the process would work and what price we should expect. When we put the house on the market they did all the hard work and kept us fully informed at each step. I have recommended then to friends as hard working, straightforward, fair and fun to work with.

We recently brought a house through Strutt and Parker. All I can say is they have been amazing from start to finish. Belinda at the Cambridge branch helped us from the minute she showed us around our home , until after we exchanged. She was incredible at advising us on what we needed to do, liaising with the buyers, dealing with solicitors and getting so many answers for our questions. She always responded to emails in a timely manner and was so wonderfully kind. We can not thank her enough. If I was selling my house she is exactly the person you would want to deal with.

Great service in selling my late mothers property.
First set of photos were not acceptable but it was no problem to order a second set. Guide price achieved.
Sale held up, due to delay in attaining probate, but purchasers kept well informed by S&P.
All went very well, fully recommend.

I needed a valuation of my property with or without part of the garden that I wanted to sell to a neighbour. The agent visited and gave me a really useful informal valuation, for no charge. He backed up his valuation by comparison with another property sold recently nearby. I was confident that the valuation was accurate and unbiased. Sevenoaks: excellent service from Victoria all the way through. We achieved the sale price recommended by Strutt & Parker, which other agents told us would not be possible. Victoria was confident in the value, even when I questioned it, and all the offers received were in line. She also consistently went above and beyond to visit the property (which was vacant) and ensure everything was in good order. Would highly recommend these agents.

S&P Norwich advised us on sale price, marketed the house online and by brochure, organised viewings and negotiated an acceptable offer - all within a couple of weeks. Will Mullan kept us informed throughout and we were impressed by his and his colleagues' efficiency and diplomacy in dealing with prospective purchasers. We have no hesitation in commending the professionalism of the Norwich office residential team.

We have recently concluded our house purchase through Strutt & Parker and we were really pleased with the support received and the journey from start to finish.

Patrick and the team were very accommodating and responsive and they kept us informed through out. They also acted as an effective intermediary managing our respective solicitors and at all times we felt up to speed and supported.

We've dealt with Caroline Clark twice over the past year and we are truly disgusted with her manners. Very unprofessional and abrupt, cannot wait to get rid of you!
Do not waste your money doing reference checks with her, she's not open and honest about what the landlord will and will not accept. You will pay for the reference only to discover that there's some reason that you can't be accepted as a tenant.
Her one-liner emails are very impersonal.
She forgets that she's made an appointment for a house viewing and has kept us waiting at a property while she casually drives up without an apology.

The worst customer service ever. Disgusting.

We instructed Gina from Strutt & Parker to sell our apartment. Within 2 weeks the property was sold. Gina then followed up weekly and kept us in the loop with all of the dealings.
She was honest and transparent throughout. We highly recommend Gina Simpson to all sellers who want a seamless process from start to finish.

Poor Customer Service, be careful if you are planning on offering in a competitive market and have indicated such in an email a few hours after viewing as they will make very little effort to contact you urgently. They won't reply to the email. They won't call your landline, they will call a mobile that doesn't connect and leave a message apparently! Doesn't seem much effort either for the fees charged to the vendors either!

Without going into details, we were becoming downhearted and depressed about selling our house and buying a new place. Then, by great fortune we came across Strutt and Parker, and Gina Simpson in particular. Gina has what is nowadays the rare quality of inspiring trust, and it’s the lack of trust that makes house buying / selling so hard these days. From the outset Gina has been positive, and calming when our nerves were shredded. Her advice throughout has been invaluable, and she’s been there for us at anytime, without ever making us feel that we were pestering. We can strongly recommend Gina Simpson at Strutt and Parker.

Strutt and Parker Ascot

Having found a property through Strutt and Parker Ascot branch we were told our offer had been accepted and all checks, references and deposit were successful. The landlord wanted us to move in June but we had a holiday booked so agreed to move on the 1st July, we had two properties to move from one of which didn’t have much furniture, we asked if we could pay to move some furniture in one of the garages before the official moving date which the landlord agreed and we paid £1000 straight into his bank account. All the arrangements were made through the negotiator Caroline at Strutt and Parker Ascot office, after everything had been agreed documents signed and finance completed we continued to pack one of our properties on the day agreed for us to store the furniture in the garage, we had arranged for Caroline to meet us at the property at 1 o’clock to unload, at 12.45 Caroline called us to announce that the landlord had pulled out of the agreement and had decided not to rent his property to us, we were devastated and had to find storage for our furniture at very short notice and all our plans and arrangements had been ruined. What l thought was strange was Caroline had no empathy she was very matter of fact about it all and didn’t really care we found her very rude and unsympathetic. We have also noticed after a few weeks she has put the property back on the market, I can’t believe after the way we have been treated Strutt and Parker would even consider to do business with this landlord again. Unbelievable!!!!!!

Great service. Alison in particular went above and beyond, moving boxes for us when our removals firm didn’t turn up. Would highly recommend!
